    • Been using my points for these, pity you cant just use all ya points at once

      • But you can use all your points and redeem more than one?

        • +4

Cancelled - "Unfortunately, we advise that your order is being cancelled due to there being an inadvertent pricing error for a short period"

      • Cancelled - "Unfortunately, we advise that your order is being cancelled due to there being an inadvertent pricing error for a short period"

Me too - they also said that my order for three container loads was 'commercial quantities', whereas I just print a lot of photos at home.

        • Me Three, apparently spending $2 on printer paper is commercial quantities", i have asked for my credit card to be refunded with the same speed they took payment…….i expect my refund Feb 26!

        • When did they change that? Used to be ten containers!

          • @Peter Wyngarde:

When did they change that? Used to be ten containers!

I know, I was careful to keep it to single digits, and still this ridiculous restriction.

Plus, I got 4.3m credit card points with my order that will now be reversed. I could have gotten nearly half a pack of butter with those :-(

    • Thanks Wakrak - Perfect timing!

        Perhaps I shouldn't have ordered 5,823 units?

          {Burp}

          Perhaps I shouldn't have ordered 5,823 units?

I got negged three times at the time of posting :->

          • @Alan6984: That's not as harsh as Wakrak being negged for the post!

            • @bigcheese:

That's not as harsh as Wakrak being negged for the post!

              Agreed!

Right now he is plus four, but I don't know if its possible to see the two gross scores?

Sad thing is, if I had said I'd bought 5,823 of something, even my teenager would have just looked at me, rolled her eyes, and moved on, and not believed a word of it :-)

            • @bigcheese: There's a twisted rationale for Wakrak's negative.

        • Some people need signposts.

          You're even stevens now.

          • +1

            @Peter Wyngarde:

            Some people need signposts.

I need more than just signposts - I need detailed written directions (that I can ignore), I will then fail to ask anyone for help, and then end up at completely the wrong place entirely.

In fact, if you get a knock on the door, and aren't expecting anyone, its probably me looking for Wakrak's secret CC-Warehouse. Code-word will be 'Lan Grande Fromage' before opening the door.

I drove to a store that was showing stock online, their POS in-store stated they had 40x units but actually had none on hand as they were given out to some businesses as a gift. Did a click and collect for another branch who had stock online but also cancelled my order due no stock! May pay to call ahead if planning to travel in just for these.

    • +1

Thanks picked up one from Palmy branch. Still bunch left. I didnt want to be like that keyboard $2 person….. :<

      • Is it any good? Solid for carrying water or soil to the brim?

        • +1

Feels solid as, like old paint buckets from when i was a kid.
I think it would do water to the brim with no issues. Take that with pinch of salt, i am not handy. Lol

        • Just bought 5, very good deal for $2 each. Feels very solid, nice graphics, but haven't tested them yet for soil or water.

        • -1

Should've started it on 01/01/26 though

    • How long do PBTech flash sales normally last for? Seems like this one is over already

      • I think it is normally from Mid-day to Mid-day unless specified like evening sale.

        • Cheers, good to know

      • It varies. This Samsung one specifically was from 6pm - 9am this morning

        • OK, thanks I saw the S24 was on sale just before 9 but I was too busy at work to check out and then it was over by end of lunch. I need a new S24 or S25 as my partner and I current S8s are too old for current app updates. Normally I am happy with refurbish but I want nz new to ensure good connectivity with One NZ SpaceX satelitte txt for my wilderness work and play to replace Inreach. Cheers

      • Bah just checked my junk mail and they canceled my order…

    • Thanks Wakrak.

I bought a few - could be good for kiddie's birthday party gifts, and I can collect on my way past, so total cost = $0.05. :-)

All my orders cant be fullfilled and were cancelled for instore pick up at palmy

I had similar, but they said I could collect from another store, so I clicked though, and it offered a list of stores I could collect from.

There was only one option on the list, which was…. the same store I had ordered from originally!

        Geniuses :-)

        • I had this but my only option was to cancel the order 🙄

          • @Grrizz: All very bizarre. I chose the 'alternative' pick up store (which was the same as the original store that said they could not find the products), and the second time it came back as being available for collection.

            Screwy tech they have!

      • Same for me for in Chch

    Women's skechers from $9.99
    Crocs from $19.99
    men's Nike from $39.99

    and so on

    • Bought a few $9.99 skechers for the family, thanks!

    • Thanks got some Skechers.

    • $12.99 shipping to AKL is quite prohibitive for a small order. Thanks @Wakrak

    • 5% cashback on sale items ATM with shopback too 😁

    • Super on that topic, I used a friend's unidays code to buy her mother some Dr marten sandals on special. And it stacked (came out at $79.64 each) But now it won't let me reapply a 2nd code from my source saying I've already used when I enter it despite how many times she "generates" a code. If anyone has a spare unidays code free please DM me!

Thank you! Appreciate it! Promise I give back when I spot something!

No problem price match (-10% difference) at CMW St Lukes.
Dettol Foaming Rose & Cherry In Blossom Hand Wash Refill 900ml and Berocca Immune Daily Defence Blackcurrant 15 Effervescent Tablets ends up to be free and they are happy to go ahead with the "transaction"

      • But they can only price match other chemist?

        • +2

Nope, any retailer. But I wldnt be surprised if they have lied and told you that in the past. Heres what their website says

At Chemist Warehouse if you find a cheaper price on the exact same item at another New Zealand Registered Pharmacy or New Zealand Retailer with a physical store in NZ we will match it and give you 10% off the difference.

          • +1

@quote: Yes definitely lies! Then if that doesnt work they its a pricing error or clearance item or then we rang the shop its out of stock🤬 beyond frustrating

            • @liz181: You might be thinking of bargain chemist? They only beat other chemists

              • @Foodie: nope was told this instore at chemist warehouse prob more than once

                • @liz181: Ah, as quote pointed out, they told you incorrectly.
Ive never had a smooth chemist warehouse price beat, they always act like you are taking it directly out of their paycheck.

                  • @Foodie: @liz181
I have never had an issue with price beat, st lukes and newmarket store. No argument or T/C stuffs as it seem they know what to do. BTW, most supervisors/managers probably already know me by now lol
I was also not expecting they will price beat and turns out to be 100% discount (3 supervisors/managers gathered at my counter checking prices), however in the end they all agreed to proceed with my price beat requests and transaction.

                  • @Foodie: Same never had a good experience

                    • @liz181: For all of CWs sins, Bargain Chemist is the worst. I seriously reckon they have some measly bonus that gets docked if they offer a price beat with their login. I had one lady at Mt Roskill send me to the back of the store, and the lady at the back sent me to the front again! Gave up and walked out.

                      • @jjjj: Can comfortably say that bargain warehouse in Manukau are awesome. 3 price matches without any hassle whatsoever
