      See if your local store has stock of the one you want, then buy online and swap it at your store. TWH return policy is pretty generous

      Oh no, what did you get? Just take in the paper work or the invoice you received in your email. They'll happily exchange them.

  If the person packing the shipping carton is a collector of any type they will definitely pack two of the same figures. They'll assume you'll want to open one for display and keep one mint and sealed.

    You'll need The Warehouse app for that. Once you have it, you'll need to change your preferred store to Lower Hutt or Christchurch (can't remember other places) so that you get access to giveit vouchers. Once you do that, it should show you a QR code that can be scanned in-store.

      I have tried in-store before, it only applied 1 offers I don't know why, I have 20% off something and $5 off $50, but the $5 off $50 was not applied which put me off, my total was $52

  Is anyone else crashing at payment stage after adding credit card details?

  Using boardgames and $15 off voucher …. When I click pay nothing happens and cart is cleared. Voucher then doesn't work anymore…so hard to retry with another email, tried 3 emails and different credit card, differnt browser and same issue.

    It all started with this post here. New service by The Warehouse called 'giveit' whereby The Warehouse donate to charity when you use their vouchers. They post news codes every week. Then someone taught me how to get the text version of these codes and here we are.

    Rewards and offers cannot be redeemed in any other The Warehouse stores and purchases made in any other The Warehouse store will not earn benefits and no giveback donation will be made in respect of such purchases. giveit is not available through The Warehouse website.

    Works until 1am tomorrow. If you've used it already then you need to be logged out otherwise it won't work. example

    One use per account I think. Can't be used on gift cards.
