I can't see it having any impact unless you miss a payment as mentioned above.
Credit scores are all about showing you are a safe bet. Showing you pay off and can manage your debt is much more likely to result in a better credit score than never borrowing or using credit cards, in the right way of course.
Things that will tend to have a negative impact are late payments on bills particularily utilities, only paying the minimum on credit cards and taking out multiple credit cards.
I requested a copy of my credit report some time with in the last year (it's free). I've used zip and after pay a couple of times. In the past 2-3 years and I honestly don't think it even registered.
