The Warehouse have launched a new service called Giveit. When you sign up you get a $5.00 warehouse gift voucher to use online or in store. The minimum spend is $5.01.

Yes, you apply FDREF93744 as a promo code in your cart screen. It gets applied, and then the next screen is where you select your $5 coupon.
For those getting stuck on the multiple steps in setting this up, you open [ top-left menu > My Account > My Preferred Stores ] to select a Wellington or Chch store. Then you go to the homescreen and look at the Offers part of the screen which is near the top (it's not a tab despite what the Warehouse instructions say) and do various things there until you get the voucher.
I successfully got the voucher, used it, and used the free shipping promo on the same purchase in the Warehouse app. It didn't seem to matter that I was getting stuff shipped to an address nowhere near Wellington or Chch.

I have sign up giveit via the warehouse app before (2 weeks ago) and I didn't get the $5 voucher, any idea how do I get it now?
You have to click the banner once you set your preferred store to one in the list.
I can't see any $5 gift voucher banner, I only have "Spend $50 get $5" banner which is already there since I signed up last 2 weeks
Once you set your preferred store you unlock a new banner with vouchers. This includes $1 off Pepsi.
Make sure you select a store that is featured in the offer. Partner just did it with an app she has had installed for a while. Worked fine.
Maybe just setup a new account@Foodie: I just tried to sign in with my partner account, and it doesn't show giveit at all, just weird

I have just tried to make an order and while I go right through to the CC payment page, it's not giving me the option of applying the giveit credit
All I did was sign into the app, set my preferred store to Wellington, then register for the GiveIt program once it prompted me. It then told me I got $5 off my next order and once I made the order and got to the last stage where I typed in my CC number there was an option there to apply the discount. I assume you're doing this from the app? Other than that I can't think of why it wouldn't be working sorry
@Daverino: Actually what I did was removed all my preferred stores except one, and then it worked. Also, it had automatically applied the discount without giving me the option of adding it… I thought I had to dd it manually. By pressing the blue "View Discounts" text, showed the giveit promotion credit. Thanks.

so we did click and collect instead. you can still chose any store you want for click and collect.has this is expired? Not giving me an option for $5 any more, just 500 bonus points
What happens at 700 points? It was 500 points on signup, which is a $5 voucher, but is it worth spending $200 to get to 700 points?! I can't see anywhere what the 700 point tier gets you?
