      IIRC all 3 of those companies have done cashback promotions with canon before. On Elive and Ascent, they list themselves as authorised resellers.

      I submitted email as I have done in the past, if they refuse (highly unlikely), just resubmit tax invoice. In the past they have asked for serial off of the box, not needed this time so much easier.

        Try price match it with a store that has eligible cashback on the site. It doesnt seem to say anything about cashback on that tailormade site so they may not be able to receive cash back.

      Actually I think acquire canon printers are not parallel imports. If they were, there would be no manufacturer warranty and no cashback from canon NZ but that is not the case. If they provided the warranty and cashback then it must be NZ stock. I think the people in noel leemings just didnt want to price match and made something up.

        In my mind,they just used these excuses to not price match for me.Especially in NL St lukes,the manager said they knew these websites were selling the parallel imported products for years,but no any evidence can prove it to me.And then he gone and left me behind,.Really bad experience in NL.

      These guys won't honor the price, I ordered MB5160 for 149.95 and it was just cancelled.

      They said it was out of stock but when I asked to back order I was told the price would be $223.95.

      Bit of a switch and bait TBH.
