I think it was on a comment for another similar deal a while back, not 100% sure. Give it ago I'd say, all they can do is decline.

I can't figure their system out. They have these deals for cardholders. But for example the free shipping from Torpedo7 and Noel Leeming, they say use the code sent via email. Never have a received any promo codes. I emailed them asking about this a few months back, and they double checked my email they had on file and said yes it was correct, and they had no good answer why I wasn't getting any. Added their address to my safe list and contacts but still nothing. And yet I get the other emails from the fine.
Did they confirm the emails had been sent or a whether there was an error? Easy to check logs to find out. Obviously a CSR isn't going to have that level of access over the phone, but they can easily escalate it.
They confirmed that the mailing list for the promotions had my correct address. They said it would be coming from the same address as the the one I was corresponding with them on, so I saved that to my contacts anyway, but doesn't seemd to have worked.
In this particular case, the email that had the deal information also had the codes. Not sure why the codes aren't posted here as they're generic?

re: NL offer and WM card; I was just quoting from the site. They may charge for shipping as the T&Cs say it even though the site lets you:
