        Doesn't point C "(c) spend on your card no later than 20 days after the promotional period ends (by 5th April 2017)." mean that you have to use the card in order to get the gift card?

      Got my voucher from the spend $500 get a $50 but still waiting on the $50 joining card. Will wait till the end of the month then call them

        I think it says something like it will be sent within 30 days of the 5th of February 2017, or something like that. Not sure why they have such a big delay, as we applied Nov/dec last year. But the discounts have been well worth getting the card, especially as it is 7.5% at the moment.

    This offer is for new customers only. I applied for it yesterday and got a call today morning that I can only have one Warehouse Money card and not both. I hold Warehouse card right now.

    Hey anyone here get their $50 gift card? Is it just a card with $50 credit on it that anyone can use?

    I'm asking because I did the spend $500 promotion before 31st December and get a $50 gift card.

    I still haven't received it, rang Warehouse Money and they said they sent it out to the correct address mid Jan. I know its not come here. They say they will not send out another one, they can't track who uses it, they don't track whether its been used.

    Is this right? Basically they're saying we sent it, if you didn't get it then screw you. What the hell can I do to resolve this?

      Yeah that's what they told me, that wasn't the purple promotion but the money card promo though. They told me they sent it back in early Feb, luckily it showed up mysteriously this week. So I'm not sure if its their terrible service or terrible systems that are causing this or both.

        Hey Nachos that's good to hear. They plain told me they sent a $50 voucher and if I didn't receive it they can do nothing further.     Just got of the phone with the supervisor, they have no responsibility for what happens to the card when posted as per their T&C.
    I never got it, so tough shit. They don't give a rats ass.

    Have requested a transcript, full t&c, boss of warehouse money to contact and will take it up with commerce commission, fair go, I don't know any suggestions?

    Its only $50 but so annoyed right now.

      yeah it's a decent sum of money, me thinks they probably "sent" many more gift cards that people didnt receive.
      Try Facebook, normally companies tend to respond their best when they have an audience.

        Yea will try that tomorrow. I spoke to the Warehouse head office, they do send out gift cards tracked, and if anyone doesn't receive it they reissue. Warehouse Money just send out a card normal post no record of who gets what. Ridiculous response from them. I'll get my $50 bucks out of them.
