Temu: 80% Cashback for All Customers 11.11 ($40 Cap Per Transaction, 12pm - 4pm) @ ShopBack

321

Temu 80% Cashback for All Customers! (updated from original 70% as per gotyourback comment)

11.11 ~ Singles Day
11th November 2025
80% Cashback 12pm -4pm
Capped at $40 per transaction.

1.Historically with the 70% cashback rate you have been able to place multiple orders of approx $54 and recieve $30 cashback on each order. With it now being 80% cashback you will need to spend approx $62 to recieve $40 cashback on each order.

2.Please check T&C to ensure nothings changed.

These higher cashback rates are becoming less frequent and appear to now be for a reduced period of time 24 hours ~ down to 4 hours for this one. The last 70% offer was on the 1st October. Prior to this there were at least a couple a month.

It's hit and miss. Temu never tracks and when I submit a ticket it's a lotto draw on if they will accept it or not. Last 2 they didn't, saying they didn't get anything so can't give me anything.

    • -3

Every time shopback is posted there's a plethora of posts about them refusing or failing to honor it, and another bunch of posts making very similarly styled and worded posts supporting it.

Can we just ban this shit yet?

      • -1

Click the hide button at the bottom of the description to hide ShopBack posts. I've personally had just the one issue with ShopBack and that was resolved relatively quickly. Browser/app, doesn't matter. Main thing for me is disabling the security features of my router before doing any cashbacking.

        • Can't say I've ever had any issues with it using the app. My biggest issue is actually temu generally as without their app shopping on their website just keeps pushing the app and is unusable. Strangely the only method I have to shop on temu is via the shopback app as in chrome every product I click tried to open the damn app. I refuse to install their app because I I ly but from them when there's cashback.

Generally theres a reason why those people have issues, ad-blockers or items already in cart etc and they ever come back here to say why. Almost always user error

        • they ever come back here to say why.

They're not complaining about something from last week. Lots of people complain about months old issues that were refused and the dispute has no further progress. There is no further resolution than what was stated to "say why".

          • +1

@chunder: I'm sure Temu/shopback could be clearer(ie say we can't see the shopback attribution to temu on our end hence no affiliate payment will be provided).

Like I said, generally it's because someone did it wrong/software prevented it on their end(ie an extension like honey stealing the rev), how many people had unresolved issues where stuff was purchased via the shopback app?

  • +4

If it doesnt track you are best to cancel order or worst case return. I have always used there android app and have probably obtained 2k cashback from Temu.

    • same here - always used the app - over 2k cashback also

    • What are you guys buying on temu for that much?

      • +3

Annex matting for outside our tent
Airbed - High Quality one with flat sleep surface and included portable electric pump
        Non Woven Weedmat
        Weedmat and Pins
H7 Electric Scooter for $260 after cashback and floor to ceiling cat tree when they had 50% cashback uncapped.

They stock alot of household brands now Samsung, Nike, Phillips etc

There is some good product scattered amongst all the $2 shop stuff.

        • do they still do uncapped promos?

          • @nathannz1: They did back in May. Possibly shopbacks or temu birthday promo at the time. Another option for uncapped cashback when they run there 40% offers is TCB.

        • Interested in the Airbed, can you share which one please.

Also how was the E-scooter, was this shipped via sea freight due to Battery?

          • -1

@aih-lun: Scooter arrived very quickly, assume it was shipped from NZ or AU due to how quickly it arrived.

      • +1

We don't spend a fortune on there but have bought a few good things that are really over inflated prices here by comparison, and with 70% cashback end up far cheaper.

        Dual wall metal cups/drinks bottles
Stickers and art supplies for kids
        microfibre towels and cloths
        Phone cases and screen protectors
        Wallets
        Sponges
        Magic erasers
        Toothbrush heads

Tempted next time to pick up another gamesir controller for my switch as the one I got in AliExpress is really good for the price before any cashback is added in.

It's not all cheap rubbish, as long as you are slightly selective and only buy stuff that is generally a consumable or doesn't last anyway you can save a lot buying on there.

    • Do u use temu coupons code at all?

  • +2

In the last months ALL my Temu purchases rejected the cashback. To be honest, Shopback sometimes acts like a scam, I wonder if they reject the cashback to customers but still keeping the commission, this wouldn't be a surprise. And try to contact support, the worst thing.

  • +2

Lolz @ "I was getting worried" ;) but, yeah, I will shortly run out of my regular temu purchase as it's been a while since last 70% CB

To those who have had rejected - always use the SB app. If you decide what you want to buy direct on Temu app - empty cart then go to Temu via SB app and re-select the items you want to buy. If you access Temu through the Shopback app and then add what you want to cart, there's no way they can reject, surely…

    • Assuming you ordered yesterday, has it tracked yet for you?

  • Clicking the link gives "Sorry, only new customers can use this coupon"

Shopback site says 30%, not 70

    • +1

      Doesn’t start for 9 days

  • +4

As people have said use the shopback app for best odds of tracking, start with an empty cart so items are correctly attributed to shopback.

If it still fails to track get shopback onto it, don't open your goods from temu and return it to temu within the return window for free if shopback fails to track it correctly.

I know it's wasteful to send stuff back but they offer such promos via shopback, if they fail to make it right then send it back.

  • I add items to the shopping cart and then go to the Shopback app to place my order.
I have not had any issues so far in a year.
For Temu, the waiting time is a bit long because, i guess, items can be returned within 30 days. Eventually, all orders are tracked.

  • wow its finally back, i thought the promo has ended. but how do you know its for all customers?

    • Just a calculated guess on my end, based on previous posts

    • It doesnt say up to =)

    • Has it tracked yet for you?

      • Not yet. Havent had any issues previously.

      • My first order tracked, still waiting for my second

  • +6

They will always pay out if you follow the right steps — here’s exactly how to do it:
    Step 1:
Open your ShopBack app and tap on Temu.

    Step 2:
Add the items you want to your Temu cart — around $40 or whatever amount you like.
Don’t expect the full 70% cashback; realistically, it’s usually 50–60%, which is still a great deal since Temu’s prices are already low.

    Step 3:
Go ahead and check out to complete your first order.

    Step 4:
Once that’s done, exit Temu, go back to ShopBack, and click the Temu link again to start a new order.
Make sure you’re actually creating a new order — don’t just click “Add to One Click Pay,” or your cashback might not track properly.

    Extra tips:

Always double-check the terms and conditions.
Some people say you need an empty cart before starting, others say it doesn’t matter — but to be safe, start with start with a clear cart and add only the items you plan to buy.
If you follow all the steps correctly, they’ll 100% pay out. We’re in New Zealand, and when you play by the rules and keep proper proof (screenshots, order IDs, etc.), they’re required to honour what they advertise.
If you ever have an issue with a payout, stay calm and escalate it properly — contact ShopBack support, provide your order details and screenshots, and if needed, go through official consumer protection channels. Just make sure you’ve followed every step so you’re fully covered.

  • what does P me off is that you cannot use temu credit anymore! , wtf its literally their own shop credit but apparently that voids cashback????? happy to be corrected tho!
    You won't get Cashback on:

Items added before click from ShopBack
Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption

    • Temu Credit was never eligible for cashback. You can still use it in your order though, for example if $50 bucks of your order is paid with cash while $30 is credit, the $50 will still track for cashback.

  • @gotyourback (shopback rep) can you confirm

what does P me off is that you cannot use temu credit anymore! , wtf its literally their own shop credit but apparently that voids cashback????? happy to be corrected tho!
    You won't get Cashback on:

Items added before click from ShopBackk ( thats 50/50 but easy to mitigate)
Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption

    • +1

You could never get cashback on the amount that was paid with Temu Credit, it's never been a thing

You can use Temu credit on Partial transactions
I.e if an item is $100 and you use $60 of Temu Credit and then pay the other $40 with credit card then the $40 part is eligible for cashback

  • I went to Temu direct on their app to check discount without the shopback app link..
There was A $15 voucher ( hmm ) to claim back off the order.
However after tu tu ing around it said only from orders not shipped locally which cut out 60% of the order so gave up

  • Looks like its no longer the 70% its an 80% now on the 11th

    • @gotyourback can you confirm what the go is with this one ? Thanks

      • +1

Yep you got it right it’s 80% Cashback capped at $30 for 11.11 🎉 Gonna be a good one, so get in quick before it ends! 😄🔥

    • Thanks Sean. My moneys on the 80% now as its 1111

  • Apologies if this info is in this post, but it's been confirmed you can make multiple orders (on the day) to maximise the 80% ($30) cashback?
    Thanks

    • +3

Hey @Marcus1👋 yep, you can make multiple orders during the promo, but the 80% Cashback is capped at $40 per transaction not across all orders. The offer’s running from 12pm to 4pm, so get in while it’s live 😄🔥

      • Thanks for the info gotyourback

        • @Wakrak This seems like misinformation provided by a store rep. Do you know if there’s cheapies compliant process?

          • @Alexander11711: Appreciate you flagging it — if you think something’s off, feel free to DM us the comment you’re referring to and we’ll double-check it. We’re always happy to clear things up 😊

          • @Alexander11711: Trying to find the misinformation, what was it?

            • @Kiwi: Below are the comments I’m referring to. They said multiple times on the day of the promotion 11/11/25 in comments that Cashback was capped @$10 which discouraged others and myself to not place orders. The next day after the promotion was over they went back on what they had said.

              Gotyourback (store rep)
“Yep we were talking about TEMU there — the 50% Cashback outside the promo window is capped at $10 per order 💸 You’ll usually find those cap details listed on the store page under Cashback Info or T&Cs in the app, but sometimes they only show during the promo window itself 😊”
              (11/11/25 14:49)

              Gotyourback (store rep)
“Had another look and double-checked with the crew, turns out there’s no cap on the 50% Cashback for this one 😅 Sorry for the mix-up earlier! You’re all good to go this time 💸🙌”
              (12/11/25 14:18 promo finished)

              • +1

@Alexander11711: Bad customer service i was thrown by this too.

              • +1

@Alexander11711: Sorry, yea, agree, that was pretty rediculous to not correct that at the time. I thought you were referring to the comment you replied below, which seemed accurate.

          • +1

@Alexander11711: Not sure sorry outside of downvoting. Perhaps ask a mod by reporting this deal at the bottom of the post (just above the comments section)

      • Is it $40 or $30 cap? This piece of information is inconsistent throughout this post. Previously you said "Yep you got it right it’s 80% Cashback capped at $30 for 11.11 🎉 Gonna be a good one, so get in quick before it ends! 😄🔥" but now you said "capped at $40"

        • +1

Yeah my bad earlier, it’s 80% Cashback capped at $40 per transaction, running from 12pm to 4pm. Sorry for the mix-up, all good now!

          • +1

@gotyourback: Is there a limit like the chemist warehouse the other day (i mean limited x amount of people etc )

            • @Sean: Nah, no limit like the Chemist Warehouse one the other day 👍 Anyone can jump in on this TEMU 11.11 upsize, 80% Cashback capped at $40 per transaction, from 12pm to 4pm 🎉 So you’re all good to go!

              • @gotyourback: Is it 50% outside of this time frame? Is the 50% capped?

                • @Deephardfunky: It’s 50% Cashback outside the promo window and capped at $10 per order 💸 So still a pretty sweet deal if you missed the upsize earlier 😄

                  • @gotyourback: Cheers Bud. Thank you.

                  • @gotyourback: Just looked now and it has 50% cashback active now, but no mention of a $10 cap anywhere in the listing or T&C. Where would I typically find details of any cap?

                    • @felixfurtak: I cant tell if he was talking about chemist warehouse or temu.

                      • @penguinez: Yep we were talking about TEMU there — the 50% Cashback outside the promo window is capped at $10 per order 💸 You’ll usually find those cap details listed on the store page under Cashback Info or T&Cs in the app, but sometimes they only show during the promo window itself 😊

      • +1

Why do we not get uncapped cashback anymore? AU have been getting consistent 50/60% uncapped cashback for customers

  • Looks like it’s 50% uncapped this morning before the 80% kicks in. Or am I seeing something wrong?

It feels like a lot of products aren’t showing up for me now though. Anyone else had this happen before?

    • +1

      It's capped at $10
      https://www.cheapies.nz/comment/279343/redir

      AU has it uncapped.

      • It doesn't say that anywhere in the listing. How would the average consumer know what the cap is?

        • Yes. That's true. I just highlighted what store reps said

  • Anything good people want to point out?

    • buying a bunch of smaller stuff I need like tools, brake pads, tyre tubes…

  • says its for onelick only. do I have to close everything before next order? or can I stay and keep using onclick purchase on same window

    • You need to read it again, items added and paid through one click pay are not eligible for cashback

    • It's excluding one click:

Items that were added and paid through one click pay are not eligible for cashback.

  • +1

Just placed $140 and received a notification saying the cash back is for new users only!!

    • Which notification? I'm seeing 80% upsized on my side :)

      https://files.cheapies.nz/upload/19052/5806/screenshot_20251…

    • Should have made smaller transactions as the cashback is capped at $40. So roughly around ~$52 order amount should earn you max cashback. I would cancel the order and split it into 2 or 3 to get maximum.

Doesn't look like it's only for new users. I just orders, and didn't get any such notification. Maybe it was your first order on the Temu account?

  • looks like it's only for new users

    • I'm not seeing that

    • Doesn't look like. I just orders, and didn't get any such notification. Maybe it was your first order on the Temu account?

  • I'm getting NZAF003 30% coupon auto applied in my cart (can't remove). So this means I can add more items to my cart and my transaction will still be eligible? And the cashback portion is based on the amount I paid by card only?

    • Good question, if that NZAF003 code was automatically applied by the store, your Cashback should still be fine 👍

Just note that Cashback only applies to the amount you actually pay by card or cash anything covered by gift cards, vouchers, or promo codes not listed on ShopBack won’t qualify.

So yep, as long as the code’s auto-applied and you’re paying part of it yourself, you’ll still earn Cashback on that portion 😊

  • gutted to have missed this checked my app didnt show up =(

  • The 50% is uncapped, my ~$100 order from midnight just tracked at ~$50.

    • I did also see a banner stating the 50% Temu was uncapped but that was before midday. It's no longer stated now.

      • It never states capped in the terms so I'm assuming it isn't capped.

    • Did you order during the 80% also? If so, did has that tracked yet for you?

      • +1

        Yea, na not yet.
