When I got my S24 on the Samsung deal last year it took a couple of weeks for the trade in enail to arrive. They are slow during promotions probably due to the volume of sales. Your email will show up eventually.

Voucher code "PAYDAYFEB25" is not in conjunction with Samsung EPP promotions and other voucher code and is subject to stock availability at time of purchase. Any product belongs to existing promotion will get automatically removed once code is applied. Promotion ends on 11am 13th Feb 25.
Yup it works now, they have really closed their voucher stacking loophole, so it looks like there's nothing that can be stacked on top of this. Sigh.

It was never a loophole, they knew exactly which codes stacked with which, it even mentions on the cart page that you can apply up to x. That will be back with new codes later in the year, has been that way for years, just varies as to how big the final discounts are. They've always been good at ensuring these higher discount codes don't stack though.

Just received a call yesterday saying the server had issue on the day and order got cancelled.
