You should still be able to get a good discount with the storage upgrade, preorder coupons and maybe member/app discounts (if you have them and if they stack). Waiting for future discounts can be a gamble, who knows what Samsungs sales look like and how much they want to discount.
Maybe im doing it wrong but on the non epp site the best i could get was 950 upgrading from s24U - not worth it in my opinion. This is with all the codes stacked. And yes upgrading from 256 to 512gb
I mean, personally, I wouldn't upgrade a S24U for probably like the next five years… Better for the environment, less stress for you and by then they might have actually new features worth upgrading for.

I managed to purchase the S25 256GB for a total cost of $689.32 (no trade-in involved).
Here’s how the discounts added up:
- 25% off the retail price through the EPP store.
- 10% discount for my first purchase.
- $150 pre-registration discount code.
- $100 discount code purchased for $20.
- $50 discount code (LYZ) obtained via chat—just ask for it!
- $50 discount for using Afterpay as the payment method.
The checkout total came to $669.32. Including the $20 I spent on the $100 voucher, this gives the final total of $689.32.
I’m pretty happy with the price - my phone died last month, so I’ve been holding out for this deal!
How did you manage to get afterpay? When trying to checkout I only have Creditcard option.
That's weird, it was below the Credit Card payment option. It also had "Flexi Card" and "Finance Now" payment options.
I see the Afterpay option is there and it says "discount" but can't see where this gets applied?

Decided to upgrade from s23u to s25+ Pretty much same screensize but double the performance. I dont really need the downgraded function of S Pen on s25u (never used it too much on s23u anyway). Managed to apply all discounts. Started at $1999.00, apply EPP, Tradein -$780, $50 voucher from Chat, $150 voucher from preorder, 20 for 100 voucher, automatic 100 off - $1999-1789.68 = $209.32! now i gotta wait until 5th :)
Can you do the math for me again? I am trying to trade a S24+ for S25+, S24+ is $5 more trade-in value than s23u but I can only get it down to $314. eg:
1999*0.75=1499.25
1499.25-100-(685+100)-150-100-50=314.25

I have asked a few CS and apparently the LYZ codes expired?
Then I was given NPP, PJI and ZMK codes to try out. Which either don't work at all or gets replaced by the CUV code once punched in.

Did your LYZ code actually work? Mine got removed after I entered my credit card details pressed order so I got charged $50 more than the price they were displaying on the page before. Feel like that should be illegal.

Was trying to order the S25 via the Education store for $69.32 but ended up getting charged $119.32.
My cart had the price as $69.32 due to the following discounts being used, trade-in (S24), 10% off first purchase via Samsung Shop app, $150 off unpacked registration code (CUV) and $50 off from chat (LYZ).
Dunno if it's malicious design or an unfortunate bug but my order dropped the $50 code AFTER I entered my credit card details. Feels pretty crappy since the price displayed was $69.32 the whole way through, clicking through accessories, entering my shipping details etc.).
Raised a ticket with support and they just responded saying the only codes that can be combined or rather stacked are the following:
$150 voucher + $100 voucher = stacking
10% discount + $150 voucher = stacking
10% discount +$100 voucher = stacking
10% discount + $50 voucher = stacking
