I ordered mine on EPP, had CUV and $100 code only and first time purchase 10%, brought mine down to $24! ( But total $44 including the cost of $20 voucher).
True I forgot about the ram, I ended up getting it, for $70 why not.

At that price it is worth it for the CPU alone. Plus you get a general phone refresh (brand new battery etc).
On the S24 series, only the Ultra got the snapdragon CPU in NZ. S24 & S24+ got the inferior Exynos (especially with regards to efficiency).
Going to the S25 is going to get you a dramatically faster and more efficient (longer battery life) phone. Plus you pick up WiFi 7 support.

Hi, for those that have bought a S25 Ultra from the standard Corporate EPP store were you able to somehow get the free double storage to 512GB, or that definitely wasn't available?
I saw a comment where someone said it was possible but I don't think so from all the times I checked, so I just bought the 256GB version.
The trade-in boost wasn't very good either, just $200 boost on a 1 year old mobile, over in Australia apparently they were able also use a special $400 boost on normal and EPP stores. They also were able to use some special $200 accessory voucher on both stores.

I could have upgraded my 512GB S24U to a 512 S25U for $398, but decided against it. Only material changes to me are the better processer and better wide camera. (and the phone is just enough different to need a different case). Given they were out of stock of the screen protector & the case I liked, it would have been a bit of a chore, and brought the total price past $500. Given I am super satisfied with my S24 ultra (other than it being a bit heavy), especially battery life, it was a bit much money to throw into the wind.

No idea on that, a family member working for Auckland council had to create an account and access through their own portal.
S25 256GB is around $990 without any vouchers applied. Interesting that EPP gets the option for 256GB models but not retail.

Just received email that my S25 Ultra 512GB Jetblack is shipped
Anyone received an email saying that it's with the courier but no tracking link when you click track item?
It usually updates by end of day. I email around 1pm. No tracking information until later that night.
Samsungs Courier and warehouse centre is the same company - they handle the orders from packaging to dispatch and delivery.
When you receive the first email, it means the package is ready to be sent out, and is usually sent out later the same day, with next day delivery if you're in Auckland (from my experience). The tracking will update once the van leaves the warehouse later in the day and you can assume delivery tomorrow.

@Liger Zero: I asked for my tracking on live chat. Got told to call 0800. Called 0800 and spoke to them for 30 minutes and after that they confirmed they didn't know and would escalate to another team to help me (would get back to me within 48 hours). By then, it's probably gonna be delivered. I need to monitor the tracking to make sure someone's home for delivery. Honestly their customer service is a bloody shambles.
@marmitesammy: It’s probably still in the fulfilment stage then. I would probably just try live chat regularly. Even the service channel can access that info. Yeah their CS and overall sales system is atrocious. They really just don’t care lol
