Whats the implication of th non bluetooth Spen do you know?
You can't use it as a remote control for photo taking and such
You can't click the button on the pen to take photos at a distance anymore
Also s25 now finally supports wifi7.
Previously it was gimped due to the exynos chip not having wifi7 and Samsung being Samsung and cut it out from snapdragon models.
The S23's chip also supported WiFi 7, but the phone itself didn't

Hi, did you use the Samsung Shop app via mobile/tablet to purchase from EPP? Or do you mean you just used first time 10% discount within the EPP website?
I have the Samsung Shop app but it is only for Samsung NZ online or the Education store, how do you use it with EPP?
I can only log into the EPP website, and I've already used the 1st time 10% off purchase via website previously.

This is how I fixed it
Downloaded Samsung Shop on my iPad , logged in with my work account, and then chose "corporate" from the three options under "Choose store"
My $150 codes says it is expired
Voucher is Only valid from 12/19/23 to 2/6/24.

I had the emails too but should have got a voucher code email, I don't think we signed up to the actual event so no code.
For those asking why the 10% doesn't work for new members on the app, it's automatically applied as "other discounts".
I only tried with the S25 and you can't actually select the base 256GB model yet so you only get the choice of the 512GB which also gets the $250 off when added to cart which I'm assuming is the GALAXYS25 code automatically applied since it says the code is incorrect when I tried to redeem it.
So the S25 512GB which is $1849 becomes $1599 from "double the storage on us" promotion which I assume is GALAXYS25 code. When added to cart on the app it becomes $1439.10 automatically from the 10% off for new members ($409.90 total under "other discounts").
That's what I got without messing with trade in and other codes. Every time these phone deals pop up it's confusing as F!

How're so many people getting EPP accounts? Is there any other way besides ac.nz, govt.nz emails or AIA Vitality?
I think ac.nz is most common by far. Universities and other tertiary institutions using Google Workspace for Education or similar meant that many people who went to university after that started can still use their ac.nz email. I think even with Google's storage crackdown many universities still let people keep their email provided they weren't using too much space.

Why would anyone buy s25 or s25u tho. It's pretty much the same as s23 and 23u…. Samsung s25u will have 16RM in Korea and China and for a cheeper price….. 2k - 3k for a 12rm + slow charge + small battery phone is wild….

Not really - you have to state that it's in good working condition, all original parts etc, and it gets appraised when they receive it.
You do get the bonus, just say no to every option.
Yes, you just gotta make sure you tick what's wrong with it or NO to everything and you will get zero for your trade, but you will still get the trade-in bonus. I've done this on a few occasions with no problems but if you are concerned, take screenshots. And don't open your new phone until the trade in is okayed.
