        All for me. Lol. I chose the chicken teriyaki tho. Drink is included in $17.90 already.

        It appears that stores have different pricing. I’ve had chosen 2 stores but they have 2 different pricing. One was $18.10 and one is $17.90 with same order. Better watch out

    Seems like yesterdays offer is better, considering for this one you have to buy their overpriced bottle drinks, it doesn't let you buy the cup drinks via the app it seems..

    Just walked into the Royal Oak (Auckland) store, they didn't accept it as they are not a participating store. Told me to drive around and find a store that takes it (after making my order).
    Ended up complaining, and they ended up giving in and offering it to me.

    I tried to use it in Botany online and in store. Same issue as others are having. I argued with them, showed it in the app, and eventually they just charged me for one. Don't understand how you are supposed to claim this one.

      You're supposed to do the order in the app. Add it to your cart and then choose footlongs/drinks.

      "After clicking 'Add to cart' add the eligible products to your order for your discount to apply".

        I tried in the app after they initially wouldn't accept it.
        It appears in vouchers not offers like usual and I couldn't add it.

        The email says "Scan this QR code for in-restaurant redemption.". I guess it wasn't a participating restaurant, too bad they don't list that on the coupon or the app……

      Same issue with me tho. Tsk. I might do a complaint on their messenger. I tried to talk to staff that I clicked the offers and it showed that their resto is offering one but the staff denied me. I ended up having one. A bit frustrated tho.

    Hi OP i think the instructions should be clear. I’ve followed it correctly but I wasn’t entertained by the staff hence I’ll report that store whom I bought one.

        Yep. That’s what I did when I received my order. I told them there should another one with a drink but staff told me to check on my email receipt it didnt say any BOGOF but the app said that the resto had offers. So i was confused. Anyway I’ve been stressed out by this order so I’ll just report it to Subway HQ

                  @cambridge: You're not buying two though, you're buying one. When you buy one, you can add another one for free.

                  From my experience, every online ordering system I've used requires you to have both items in cart when checking out even if it's buy one get one free. If you don't have two items in your cart, don't expect to receive two items no matter what coupon you added. Sometimes when you use a BOGO coupon, they automatically add a second one. But often they do not because you have a choice of what you want free so they expect you to add it yourself. (The order you add them doesn't generally matter. Normally the cheaper one is the free one and you can often add the coupon before or after adding items.) Some systems may warn you or even refuse to let you check out if you don't add the free one, but not all are like that.

    Simply search for your nearest restaurant and try everyone to check who offers the deal as not all of them are participating in it. Then make sure to add drink and add another sub+drink to the order and it’ll show up as discounted. Thank OP.

    Just curious, how much do they usually cost? I tried ordering one and it seems they cost $16. I am just trying to get my head around the 11/12 deal. Doesn't sound like a deal to me if it's normally $16 anyway.

    Confirm working in westgate, auckland. Picked up and had great lunch lol.

    You need to add 2 footlong & 2 drinks 420/600ml to the order, only then the offer is applied in the app.

        As long as you place the order today and set the pickup time to tomorrow, that should be fine. I don't think the promotion is available beyond today.

        Sorry if this wasn't clear in my main comment.

        You can order today and take advantage of the promotion but set the pick up time to the next few days or weeks up to Jan. 02, 2022.

          Yeah I think you can use the same voucher twice or more, altho T&Cs say one use only. I placed an order and the voucher is still there. I did not go thru a second order to confirm because it was already past midnight and the voucher has expired (replaced rather with the new double meat offer).
