  You can order it, pay and then pickup anytime until midnight. It will default to breakfast menu but you can change it when in the checkout page.

  Not sure about Pick up, but if you do drive through, it gives you a code to give the operator and then they prepare your order. However it does say "collect within 2 hours"
  
  You have to pay for it when you order though.
