  Wholesale Meats Direct also have them for the same price (sliced, the unsliced price is $18.99 so even better value), My guess is it's a cancelled export order.

      They're also frozen, and IIRC Mad Butcher do fresh rather than frozen cuts.

Our Pak'n' save has been doing similar pricing lately.

Although, the whole fillets have not been trimmed, and trimming is a bit of work. Eye fillet has this 'silver skin' and it must be removed.
