  Is it just me or thewarehouse.co.nz is just plain rubbish website? Most of items not available online, can't sort by price, broken shopping cart link (with uBO).

  I agree website being rubbish due to stock being unavailable online. Attempted to purchase something while they had a buy one get one half price sales online, i wanted to buy a couple bags of flower bulbs but i was unable to purchase these online (would have been happy to pickup). Thought I would call and see if they would honor the deal in store but they refused and stated it applied to online deals only (but no option to purchase online), wrote in a complaint and never heard back. Still annoyed about that one.

    So they are pretty bad at responding to complaint, the only way I managed to get contact, is through their Facebook, they usually quite responsive that way.

    From my observations, they always clear items that are very low in stock already. That is why they sell out quickly online.

    Their inventory control system is terrible, even if something is available, chances of them getting cancelled after ordering are still quite high.
