    • Hi,

      Can you tell me what happened?

      Did you buy something before and cannot get your refund?

      Can you give me your Order ID?

      I will try my best to fix it.

    • Bought a couple of Xiaomi products and Sonoff plugs from Banggood before. Never had any issue.

  • Counterfeit? Brought lots from bang good, including a Xiaomi phone,all have been the real deal. Even had some damaged screen protectors arrive, which they sent replacements out for, was no trouble at all.

  • Likewise, they're pretty reputable imho. Have ordered quite a few things over the past couple of years… Quite a lot of customers from OzB too.

      I just did a google search for oz bargain banggood fakes and there are a few results.

      • I haven't had any fakes from banggood.

        • +2

          order what i did, see if its 32gb, then get back to me

  • Likewise, have always had genuine Xiaomi products from Banggood. Go through the motions and hopefully get sorted out.

  • Had no problem with Banggood at all.

    Sent replacements when I received damaged goods etc.

    • You couldn't send them the video like you were asked to. And you can't even mention the product you purchased.

        • Pictures in that link clearly show its a generic card, and the title says ""FOR" Xiaomi Cell Phone" not that the card is branded Xiaomi.

        • -1

          "Terrible read and write speed" doesn't sound like a legit way of determing if the product is genuine or not. have you got it independently reverified by the original manufacturer?

          Failing that why do you refuse to send the card back? There is no law (that I am aware of) stopping you from returning what could possibly be just defective products.

          Also a short video supporting your claims (I.e. speed in the spec vs actual) takes nowhere near 12 hours.

          Just checked the product page it's just a generic SD card, your allegations are baseless tbh.

          P.s. I wouldn't buy any sd card from overseas as local stocks usually carry lifetime warranty.

        • Lol… clearly from the link you posted… you purchased some generic card. It ain't no Xiaomi branded card. Doesn't state it anywhere. It's pretty clear here that you have scammed banggood not the other way around.
          A video doesn't have to be 12 hours long. You can send in a 1min clip.

          It literally has NO branding on it… Get a clue and stop spamming.

          @Fragluton:

          it has been changed, it was branded

          @kaitae:

          was branded, has been changed

          @Zyo:

          i send a result of am sd card scan from sd2 test, it was more precise than how i just described it.

          it was branded, has now been changed (as you can see other people mention this in reviews)

          the law in nz is if you have a counterfeit product you have to either destroy or give to police to destroy. keeping is not legal, sending is very illegal.

          yes i am usually careful where i buy sd cards from as they can be dodgy, but as banggood sell stuff here i thought they were legit

    No video, no proof. You could of taken a 5min video and send it to them. And if you couldn't do that it was your fault. And by trying to get them removed from PayPal you're not doing anyone else a favour.
    And why should they follow NZ laws if they're not local shop?

    • -1

      there was proof, the results from the scan.

    Hi Banggood team, do you know the GST&Import cost for Oneplus 5T 128GB to NZ?

    • -1
    • -1

      15% GST on all goods above $400, currently.

      • +1

        its more than 15% as they add $40-$100 for other fees

    • They don't put the correct amount on the custom declaration forms so you won't get charged. (I knew someone who bought a 5t and the amount on the form is like 50usd)

    everyone here sticking up for banggood? i was just trying to stop others getting ripped off as this is supposed to be a safe communtity.

    they have changed the description since it was complained to paypal about

    • There does seem to be a bit of "I've never had a problem so there can't be a problem" going on here.

      • +1

        Pretty sure it's people giving there positive experiences about bang good. Rather than let a dubious unbranded SD card buyer damage their goodwill.

        • For me it's how a company acts when things go wrong that shows their true customer service, in this case they don't seem to have done very well. I've never bought from them so I can't say what they're like, but searching on Google for "banggood counterfeit" returns a lot of results which would make me cautious.

      I think it's more of there is little relevancy to the deals posted in this thread.

    Don't use the code for mi band 2, it's makes it cost more!
