I tried it. I just downloaded the app and signed up. And after signing, I've got three vouchers already(car wash, coffee and 8c off per litre). Vouchers are working as I've tried them.

I wonder what information they acquire when you install their app. I foresee an influx of offers just like this one (similar to email subscriptions of the past decade) so they can get as much information as possible on customers.
yeah, peeking into everyone's mobile phone with this is a lot cheaper than engaging a professional marketing company to collect these data.

Yes. Delete the app —-> re download it —-> new account
I had to clear the app data as it still remembered me after I reinstalled it.
So in theory no need to reinstall the app just clear the app data.

voucher expires after 14 days i think
The voucher for the car wash on your app expires after 14 days. Once you redeem that voucher, they give you a code to enter into the car wash keypad, which is valid for 30 days
