Dick Smith: Serial to USB Adapter with FTDI Chip (Good for Arduino) $4.80

Many things are dicounted at 90% and are almost sold off, but there are still some gems left. If you are into Arduino fun then you know that you (probably) need a serial to USB adpter. Dick Smith has their own adpter for $4.80, but the best part is that the chip used is FTDI FT232BM which has current drivers for all major operating systems on x86, x64, ARM, MIPS,… (unlike some other chips). Alternative to that is Ebay or DX roulet.
