Samsung is a nightmare. Had EPP via uni ac email years ago which hardly used. Then joined EPP via work. Tried to log in, Samsung says you have multiple EPP registrations and use the EDU one that I registered before.
I told them I no longer have access to edu one as no longer a student - even emailed them from the work email which supposed to have access to EPP - no reply..
Anyone know a contact email for Samsung that actually replies to sort issues?

Yup +1 to this. Only worse than their website design is the support. Fine if you don't need it, but when you do, you will be in for a world of hurt.

Their customer service is bad and looks like there is no communication between each other too.
In one of previous epp sale, i had website issue so i sent emails to samsung customer service & epp customer service, called them and even sent fb message.
But only response i got is "we'll look into the issue" and nothing else. Also reply emails just creates new customer ticket number so it's pretty hard to keep talking with them and provide new information too.
By the time the website was working epp sale was already finished :(

i have unidays via unitec email addy which unfortunately doesn't end with ac.nz.
Some times the epp site works when loading via unidays but most of the time it won't let me sign in to EPP site with the email i use for unidays- 0
Did you find a good way to get in? Tried Unidays (my usual access point), and it's now asking me for my company email. University doesn't work. Direct Edu store access fails, saying it's already linked to my university email (which I'm trying to sign in with?) Any tips?

nope, most of the time it will continue to ask for a separate email log in and randomly very rarely it doesn't ask for it. Have tried reaching out to samsung via email but they haven't been useful.

My AC account wasn't working through the unidays portal for some reason. What fixed it was logging in through this link instead https://www.samsung.com/nz/multistore/samsung_edu/

Trying to get a warranty claim sorted for a purchase made on the EPP site, its not going well. Unless the discount was amazing not sure i'd buy direct from Samsung again.

wait so if a tv purchased from epp site cannot be repaired under warranty via regular samsung channels? By regular, I'm hoping there are local shops in welly/auk/chc that will do these repairs for you?

Their online channels made me jump through a heap of hoops to even log a warranty claim. Once they finally relented, they only have one service centre in Auckland (Albany) and indicated I need to either post it or drop it off there. I live in South Auckland so it's not very convenient. After I pressed further, they finally compromised and said they would send me a courier bag to send it to the service centre. The said it would take 5-10 for the bag to arrive and that was 2 weeks ago. I need to chase them but after the last interaction really don't have the motivation. If I'd bought them from JB-Hifi or Noel Lemmings at least, I could go into the local shop and hopefully get an outcome.
This is just my experience so far.

Really would like to pre order the fold 8ultra, lowest i can egt it down to with zero accesories is $1589 with fold 6 trade in. Oof thats a bit rough, they give $685 trade in

It only shows "we are preparing your order for shipment" when I press the Track Order button but I've received email saying my order is passed on to courier- 0

I've been confused by this in the past but basically Samsung say this before it's actually picked up, so nothing to track. When Fliway/NZPost actually pick it up you get emailed a tracking link.
