    I received this email too but cannot get the code to work. Anyone else successfully used it? All the criteria are met, no other codes are used, it says it has been applied, but no matter what I put in the cart, the shipping cost is never removed.

      Try signing out and checking out as a guest. It wasn't working for me while signed in either - I assumed it was because I had the EDU code applied to my account, but even after removing it, it still didn't work.

      Checking out on incognito (signed out) worked.

        Thanks, you were right. Signing out and checking out as a guest worked. Weird. I didn't have to use incognito mode either.
