  Is there any big difference between the 5.7 and 7.1 L? apart from the capacity ? trying to decide which one to buy

    This one is the wide version, which has a larger sauté surface. It really depends on how many portions you usually cook. For me, it’s a bit bigger than I need, but the larger sauté area was the main reason I bought it.
