  • Hmm tempted to bite on an S25. The battery on my S23 is getting worse. Cheapest I can get with the trade in is $499. Anyone else figure out how to get cheaper?

    • S25 battery isn't that much better (I'm using one for the past 3 months) and the charging speed is horrendous

      • It's more the battery is dying level haha. So before it's useless I was going to upgrade.

      • My s25 is far better than my s24 was, stays cool aswel, s24 was going over 40deg all the time

      • +2

Disagreed. S25 is performing way better than my S24, both NZ sets so the S24 was an Exynos.

I leave it on the battery protecting 80% limit and I can get through my day easily. Couldn't do it with the S24

    • Does that include the 10% discount for first time app users?

      • Sadly I've used the app before so no additional discount.

        • Did u order? Think i may have got a way to get it a little cheaper, 80ish bucks cheaper

          • @quote: Not yet.

            • @mcaekey: Actually DW it wont work with you as your trade in is actuality worth something, not just the dead phone boost, so value of cart is well under 1000

          • +1

@quote: All the prices for me seem to have gone up. S25 + now 850 was 809 and ultra 1100! I'll

            • +2

@jackvdbuk: They do that all the time, change prices multiple times in a sale and turn off stacking certain codes, dnt sleep on a samsung deal if u like it

    • +1

The way the codes work the 25+ can be got for the same price as the normal s25 if thats your thing.
499 for the plus is good

      • +2

I am one of those freaks who likes small phones!

      • How are you getting so low? I get 600 bonus tradein and end up at 809 total shipped.

Phone is worth zero tho (dead)

        • +1

Thats with a dead ph, s23 gets it down to what i said, with a zero ph i only get it to 899, but im not using 1st time bonus, guessing u are?

    • Is yours a 512GB? Im 256GB and only got to 599 haha

      • 256GB. Someone said earlier that Samsung may have changed the offer.

  • +1

It says trade in bonus OR eVoucher, but if you select items for the eVoucher during the checkout process, it doesn't seem to remove the trade in bonus?

I wonder if they'd charge the bonus later like they do if they disagree with your damage assessment

    • +1

Ah it looks like the eVoucher isn't being applied

      • I know it tells you you have like 250 evoucher and then once you add the items in it doesnt apply in check out lol

  • How does one trade in a watch? Asking for IMEI, tried serial number but it doesn't get accepted.

    • You can find your IMEI here but it says "Bluetooth-only watches and fitness bands will not have an IMEI." https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003360/

      • It doesn't have an IMEI because it's BT only.

        • I put the serial number instead of IMEI but I think I used the registered number I had on my Samsung account. Have traded a couple of Bluetooth Samsung's in the past.

  • Anyone have any EPP codes?

      • Doesn't work with 10% off first order if it does work

      • Not working for me on a S25 :( Getting a trade in boost but nothing else.

        • Ahh yeah just double checked they must have updated it, it's just straight discount on certain products now
An item I was looking at has had its price and trade in deal changed thrice already today. So seems they copy pasted the retail store before updating it again lol

    • +2

Today I messaged (SMS) them to send me the EPP discount codes, and below is what I got and used them. You need to ask them via email or SMS

Here are the additional discount codes that you can use in your EPP site:

10%: BW7-S38G-7TED-HA3G - used, able to stack upon 10% off first order
      $50 (minimum of $500 purchase): BT7-5WYE-56E1-HYCE - Used
$200 (minimum of $1000 purchase): SO-ON910E-200 - Can be applied..

Final msg in the cart: 10% off voucher has been applied; Enjoy total of $200 discount on your cart; $50 voucher has been applied to your cart.

Did score a S25 ultra good deal with trandin Flip 5 ($1040)

      • What number/email do you use for this?

        • Email : [email protected]

          ask for 'Ann'

          • @Justacheapie: Some dude from samsung rang me and now every few days texts and asks if i want codes, if i do i just ask. Handy but they dont stack

      • Could you please DM me your final price that you got? Cheers

@Justacheapie: Damn you absolutely cooked on this! Any advice on getting the additional 10% off voucher and the $50 voucher? Looks like those codes were unique for you. I'm sitting here ready to pull the trigger on this if I can also get these two applied…

            • @Rubenite: tried with chat… didnt give anything.

              • +1

@huffboy: They generated a $100 voucher for me that sadly doesn't stack with SO-ON910E-200

                • +1

@Rubenite: they gave me a variant of SO-ON910E-XXXXX

      • whats the SMS number? Thanks

        • +1

I don't have an SMS number as I reply to a promo message from Samsung, which comes fromthe "8580" number.

It's the same team that responds if you email them @ [email protected]

You need to tell them which platform you are going to make the order EPP store or through the website/app, so they can generate the discount code for you.

          • @Justacheapie: Cheers for the replies. Are you able to text again to generate more codes? I have emailed that but nothing back so far…

            • +2

@Rubenite: Considering I made two separate orders yesterday, both using my EPP discount code (requested them twice).
Everything went through fine, but now I'm second-guessing whether that's allowed. I want to make sure I'm not breaking any EPP rules that could get me or my employer in trouble with the EPP program.

What I can do is: I will reply to them as they ask for contact details so that you reach them directly for discount codes.

              • +1

@Justacheapie: No worries, definitely don't jeopardise your orders or account!

                • +1

@Rubenite: Got a reply: Now, how do I get your details securely

Thank you so much-we truly appreciate your business! 🎉

If you'd like to refer a friend, please feel free to share their contact number so we can reach out and extend the same great offers and service.

We'll make sure they receive all the details about our current promotions and get the help they need. Looking forward to connecting with them!

                  • @Justacheapie: Awesome and thank you! In Cheapies if you go to My Account > Settings > Messaging tab > check 'allow direct messages' and then I should be able to send you a private message

                  • @Justacheapie: me too please :)

$1034 for S25 Ultra with s10e (discoloured screen) trade in. Very tempted, someone talk me out of it! Just lost access to EEP store (no clue why), so double tempted haha.

    • How are you getting that?
I'm getting $1149 with $0 trade in value.

      • Must be the 10 percent off first purchase.

  • S25 Ultra for $354 on EPP store trading in S24 Ultra.

    • that sounds great, I paid around 500 last year tradein a S23FE for S24U

  • Anyone know the price of the S26 Ultra for preorders? I heard it gets pretty good,

Is it better to wait for the S26 Ultra or just get the S25 Ultra?

    • probably exynos though.

      • yea heard about the return of the exynos chip, but I'm hopeful that there are improvements.

  • Getting S25 256gb + Galaxy buds3 for $785.70 (Trade-in iphone 8 plus).

    Seems like a good deal?

    • Interesting, getting s25 ultra for $985 with iphone 8 plus trade in. This looks like a good deal. Any comments?

Gonna bite the bullet in a. S25 plus
    New customer 10 of
    Vouchers in OP post 300
Trade in 600 off (dead phone)

    Total: 809.10

Is it worth contacting cs again for any further discounts/ voucher ? They said no already ..

    • Nah i already got a few off them and none are stacking

    • is it ok to trade in dead phone?

      • Yeah you just tick the appropriate boxes that it dsnt work

        • thanks I get $889.00 for 25+ not sure if its worth the money..

  • Anyone have experience with trade up on old TVs and monitors? Is it worth the hassle for the $50-100 discount?

    • Probably better to wait for a boost, cple weeks ago was 200-400

      • Any idea if those boosts would include education (student epp or whatever) store?

Also some links for t&cs just link to unrelated promotions so not sure how much I trust the dates/how long I want to wait to buy.

edit: removed stuff that samsung would get mad at

    Here is a 10% off code YQ1-4MGA-G2GS-SAAM

    • This put the price up as can't stack with Halloween 🎃

Pays to play around with different combinations of items. The $200 off $1000 discount nearly made it cheaper for me to get a 512GB S25 vs the 256GB model. Ended up adding some Buds 3 to my cart to get the order over $1000 and then applied a further discount code. Was looking at $797 for just a S25 vs $823 with the Buds 3.

    • Could you please give the code combination that you used because i couldn't get it under $1255 with the buds3 added

      • That includes a trade in. The phone isn't worth much so the trade in was 95% the bonus.

  • Anyone having payment issues? Tired multiple cards, but they keep failing.

    • I had payment issues too, didn't work with Kiwibank but worked with Westpac on the second try. Seems to be an error with the payment verification part (e.g. verified by Visa)

      • WestPac and Anz didn't work for me. Tried multiple times.

Getting s25 ultra with iphone 8 trade in for $780 on epp store. Seems great deal if I can pay for it 🫣

        • I used westpac credit card two hours ago… went through without a hitch (it asked for secure code, which I received)

          • @huffboy: Ya it's failing after entering the passcode

            • @ace310: I tried three times with my Kiwibank card, the error I got was from the website and said 'please check with customer service or your card provider'. Googled it and no known bank issues at the time. I tried with my partner's Westpac, the very first time the verification code window came up with the bit from Westpac but that said it had an error sending the code. I triple-checked all details were EXACT (billing address, name etc.) and then tried again with the Westpac card, the verification window this time worked, got the code from my phone and entered it, order successfully placed. Fingers crossed for you!

            • @ace310: Sometimes you need to clear browser cookies and site cache and start again.

              • @Huntakillaz: Well tried 2 laptops and phone.

                • @ace310: afterpay?

                  • @huffboy: Can't use afterpay with trade-in

                    • @ace310: I know theres a glitch in the trade in process, i can't remember exactly what but i remember its happened before, Also may need to use chrome browser if you're using Firefox

                      • @Huntakillaz: Chrome, Firefox was no go. Will try edge.

                            • @baishishun: Messaged them. I keep getting messages from a reply from 8580 number. Not sure how I ended up on their list. I keep getting codes $50 off or something frequently.

I asked extra codes this time and got those coupons.

                              • @ace310: thanks for sharing. just registered the acct, don't remember asking for mobile number during registration. Will try email them.

        • ANZ just worked for me a few minutes ago. Used the app as verification just signing in and clicking the verify button.

  • How are you guys getting all these discount codes? All I could get was $100 off a $1000 spend and was told, that's all they had to give me.

  • @ace310. How can you get the code. I have emailed and sms them but no reply

    • I used the chat function on the app which took me to WhatsApp. But I only got the one code and not a very useful one.

      • Was it for regular store or epp? I got it for epp.

        • The guy that texts me asked what store i use so they could send the right codes, so im guessing both

        • Edu.
