  • Can yoi do the temu one if you arent a new customer? Last time my cashback wasnt tracked.

      • Exclusions don't mention anything about returning customers so I'm assuming they are eligible too.

      • Why am I getting all these negative votes for my previous post?

    • Yes, you can still get the Upsized Cashback even if youโ€™re not a new customer! Itโ€™s 70% Cashback, capped at $30 for everyone. Hope that helps! ๐Ÿ˜Š

      • +1

Why didnt mine count then? Ive tries to use your AI support which is horrific and you havent replied to my emails.

        • Sorry for the hassle! ๐Ÿ˜• Could you DM us your account details? Weโ€™ll look into this and get it sorted ASAP. Thanks for your patience! ๐Ÿ™

      • Is the $30 cap per order or per customer?

        • +1

          Its per transaction @Aaron!

          • @gotyourback: Per transaction? Does that mean if I went 3 x different orders , each 40 bux that I'll get 70% on each order?

  • @gotyourback If we make multiple purchases then can we maximum the cash back?
    $43*70% = $30.1 cash back?

    • +5

Remember there is no cashback on GST (15%).
So to maximse, you need to spend about $50.
      $50 x 0.85 = $42.5 x 70% = $29.75.

      • Great breakdown, @aih-lun ๐Ÿ˜Š Just to clarify, yes, Cashback is only applicable to the order value, excluding GST, delivery fees, and any other additional charges.

For example, if you spend $50 (excluding GST and fees), your Cashback would be calculated as follows:
        $50 x 0.85 (excluding GST) = $42.50
        $42.50 x 70% = $29.75 Cashback.

      • +1

Just to clarify, $50 spend excluding GST is $43.28.

        • Do you mean $43.48?
          $43.28 x 1.15 = $49.77

  • Nice. Got another lamp.

    • What kind of lamp is good buying? Those motion sensor leds are fantastic for the pantry by the way

      • +1

Depends on what you're after. Not a fan of the portable lamps. They run out of power so fast. I prefer the USB-powered ones where you can change the light type (warm, cool etc) and doesn't require a bulb. I like the Japanese style lamps in particular (have a few in my house).

Have some motion sensor lights too (similar to this) Have em in the wardrobe.

      • +1

I get the ones that have an aluminium channel with some LED strip in them curved into a shape. They typically come with a cheap nasty warm/cool white strip in them with a clunky inline controller.

I have gutted a few and replaced it with led pixel strip and a WLED controller to make them animate.

    • I love lamp, bought a lampshade this time though

anyone else have difficulties with getting the refund logged?

I noticed a change in the Temu Exclusions today that ought to be pointed out…

You won't get Cashback on items added before click from Shopback.

So, previously, I'd have already sorted what I wanted to buy and had them in my cart ready, then when good SB% came up I'd click through SB to Temu to buy.

This exclusion (which I've not seen before and I checked exclusions just over a week ago) would mean those items wouldn't be applicable, if enforced.

To follow this requirement, I'll delete items from my cart and go through SB to Temu then add them again.

    h

    • This is why my wishlist is perpetually full.

    • +2

It's wild that even worked for you in the first place, all cashback you should always start with an empty cart.

I just add the product titles in a document or screenshot them and then search them during my active shopback session to ensure it's attributed correctly.

      • +2

All you need is the item ID which is in the description for the product.

  • Is there anything that should be done after checking out before starting again to ensure that the next order gets the 70%? Previously when I have gone in again and done another one, it seems only the first was tracked and got the cashback.

Are people making their extra orders on the same temu login or making new ones for the extra orders?

    • +1

Close all sessions after first order i.e temu & SB both. Wait for few minutes (I normally order again atleast after 10 just so I have different timings on my order with which I can prove when I clicked through SB).

Use same temu login. Also, I highly recommend using SB app and open temu from there rather than using browser. This method has higher rate of getting tracked.

      • -2

I dont use their app so thats not a problem there.

I have done it in a new incogneto window each time with logging into shopback and then temu and then afterpay for each of them. If they dont track I will actually follow up this time because its enough to be worth bothering.

        • Use their app. Tracking works much better than browser.

          • @ace310: I concur. Going from Shopback app direct to Temu app I've not had one transaction missed… previously I always had to report missing cashback going via browser…even with the popup clearly stating cashback activated…still had to chase it up.

            • @hazey: I cant deal with shopping on small screen. Shopping is a big computer activity.

        • +1 for using Shopback app, and clicking into Temu.

you could view items and add them to your watchlist on a PC screen.
Ensure you Cart is empty, then complete your purchase going through the Shopback app -> Temu
Then you are only adding things from your wishlist and checking out.

      • I usually wait a few hours between each order otherwise they getting added to the same invoice and shipping detailsโ€ฆ had missed tracking that way

  • Is there a upsize for AliExpress soon?

  • +1

Cashback tracked. Didnโ€™t do anything special.

    • +1

yep mine just updated for the orders, ~60% cashback(after GST etc)

    • My latest lot of purchases hasn't tracked yet, but my first lot of orders tracked. I've just looked at my account and what had tracked with upcoming payments has now gone down to $0.00. I followed the rules and all was good, but at a bit of a loss now.

  • I hadnt tried cashback with temu but after reading all the bad posts i thought there may be trouble, but it tracked.

    ๐Ÿ‘

  • IM CONFUSED, I ORDERED 39.78 WORTH OF STUFF BUT IT EMAILED AND SAID CASHBACK TRACKED $32.89 ?

    • Sorry for the confusion! ๐Ÿ˜Š Could you DM us your account details so we can take a closer look and get this sorted for you? Weโ€™ll help you figure it out!

      • Ummm it's not an issue you need to look into when I'm benefitting.

Again tho, can you do multiple transactions throughout day getting multiple 70% capped at 30 per transaction

  • Has anyone claimed multiple 30 dollars on multiple orders same day
