No it didn't. should have gone with my gut feeling. at least now we know that cashrewards is mostly (if not all) for Aussie sites.
Just a heads up. I tried to take advantage of the pumas discount code + cashback last time when I made a $400+ purchase. It got rejected hard as promotional code did not work with cashback @neil please consider this and charge the bit about cashback as it's misleading to combine it all (still a good deal through if you are looking for Puma gear without cashback)
