I got this in my email inbox, which is a similar deal to last year. Typically, you can get free shipping with a $150 as part of their normal offerings.
40% off everything: Tuesday 10 November 7pm - 8pm NZDT
30% off everything: Continues after 8pm NZDT until 30 November
This year, they announced both the 40% off 1-hour sale and the 30% off Black Friday sale at the same time. I think this is better, as last year it was hard to know whether to purchase during the 30% off sale or wait for a potential 40% off sale that may or may not get announced.
Note that last year, they also offered a "30% off everything + free shipping", so not sure if they'll repeat that this year. Depending on your order value and shipping cost (which varies by location), I think the "40% off + shipping" and the "30% off + free shipping" promotions can work out to be roughly similar. But then again, this sale hasn't been announced yet as far as I know.

Does it include the outlet items or what is the discount on the outlet items? Thanks
