      It says 70% cashback capped at $30 for "All users" on the advertisment on the shopback app. They ran the same promotion on the 25th March. Last promo I recieved cashback of approx 57% of purchase price. I made three $53 transactions and recieved $30 back for each.

          I have always used the shopback app, you can click on your click history which will confirm if your visit to temu was tracked, this is where you would open a missing cashback case from if your purchase didnt result in cashback after 2- 3 days

          Yep, the 70% Cashback (capped at $40) applies to all users, including existing ones 🎉and yes, Anjboy — you're totally right! You can place multiple orders, and each one will be eligible for Cashback, just keep in mind it's capped at $40 per transaction 👍

    My last two times using Temu, they havent tracked and I had to chase up Shopback a few times before they said that Temu rejected my cashback but they as a sign of good will, Shopback would give me it anyway. Not worth the trouble with Temu cashbacks…

        This is within the Shopback app, or on my computer with the Shopback extension activated. I rarely have issues with anything else on shopback, its only Temu, just as all the other comments on here are mentioning. I suspect its Temu itself, not Shopback. Temu likely trying to avoid paying all the cashback…

      Likewise. With no resolve. So I'd never bother

      And the last time I did (Dominoes), suprise, also not tracked despite me rather carefully making sure it would be. Again, no resolve.

      I'd rather use Cashrewards or Kiwi Wallet. Who at least actually come through (and follow up when requested). They apparently don't need to push their product here though (prob because theybdont need to do constant damage control…)

    Yes with temu none of my purchased have tracked.
    Manually chased it up. Nothing. Very unhappy with temu and shopback.
    It doesnt happen for cotton on or any other store

    I find the cashbacks so random.

    Have not had any issues with other places, just Temu…seems like a 50% chance I will get one.. and maybe a 20% chance at the right rate.

    Always had good experience with shopback but my 3 cashback during the last temu deal didn't track and upon filing missing cashback requests all 3 where declined.. Wasn't given any reason why and dosnt look like there is any easy way to find out.

    It sounds like there are plenty of issues with cashback from Temu. How about Chemist Warehouse?

      Chemist warehouse is all good but they give you less as they seem to take the tax off and give % after. Im not saying this is the wrong way, but other places i use dont

      Thanks for this. But just a suggestion, if Shopback wants more users to use this platform then Shopback needs to hasten their ‘confirmed cashbacks’.. especially with Temu. Temu usually take 1-2 months time leaving users disappointed and would wonder if the cashback is real or not.

      I have refered a lot of friends already and kept on asking me if Shopback is a scam or not.

      As a platform, I think Shopback can urge Temu and other platforms to hasten their process as soon as possible.

        They can only confirm after Temu's 90 day return period is why, else people would just buy and return stuff all the time just to get the cash back payouts
        The only other way would be Temu's return period being reduced to 30days or less, which i think no one would want.

    This afternoon I made a purchase from Aliexpress and a purchase from Temu, the email for Aliexpress from Shopback came through within moments, nothing on the Temu front. This is the.. third? time ive tried to use Shopback with Temu, following all the rules, and it hasnt tracked it back to Shopback.Getting a bit sick of this :(

    I had 3 orders the last time it was 70% and only the first tracked. But @gotyourback sorted it and I got a credit for the other two.
    I will use the android app this time and see if that tracks more reliably (I think I used windows last time)

    Just a reminder to everyone -

    Kiwi Wallet and CashRewards exist. And I've never had an issue with either.

    Personally I'd rather get a guaranteed 4% (and better - they don't need to advertise here though) from them than a promise of …whatever that never comes through.

        it depends for me I've had ali express and temu stuff from a year ago still sitting there pending, at kiwi wallet even though some have been paid, feels like Kiwi wallet don't have the staff to follow up which is annoying.
        Samsung transactions from Jan still pending too will find out in the next few weeks if they pay those.

        Ive had better consistency with shopback.

    I use the shopback app on android and found that it tracks almost everytime, and this is comming from someone who's made probably over around 80 orders in the past 2 years. I’ve managed to cashout $738 from shopback alone and waiting for pending tracked cashbacks on more. I’ve never used the browser extension on my laptop, because the app works so well for me. I’ve always wondered why many people are struggling with tracking and found that most Don't use the app. If you're having issues, I’d definitely recommend trying the mobile app—it’s worked great for both me and my family

          You're lucky. I place a handful of orders I'd been holding onto during this promotion, all placed in exactly the same manner within a couple of hours and only the very first one has tracked so far.

          Placing multiple orders was confirmed as being ok according to the ShopBack rep; I hope they were correct. Has anyone else placed multiple orders and have them track ok?

            @netwalk: I placed 2 orders and both got tracked fine. I have found the cashback tracking from within shopback app has almost always worked for me.
