    Aww, the Cheapies bonus is a nice touch! If we make a purchase during the Black Friday window but it doesn’t get tracked until after it ends, do bonuses and boosted cashback rates still get awarded?

      Yes it still counts. It's the "click time" that counts, not when the tracking comes through.

    So Temu doesn't have a new user requirement for 100% back?

    Also how many times can you use the 50% back from chemist warehouse? Can you do multiple orders of $20 and they all be approved cash backs?

      last 50% chemist warehouse, I made 7 separate orders of ~$25-$35each (since gst and such isn't counted), all got full $10 tracking
      If you can just copy all the barcodes into 1 image (use something like paint.net), makes it easier for them to scan rather having open each email

          They've only just started doing higher Chemist Warehouse ones, mine will be approved end by end of Jan.
          If you're worried about it not happening, then only buy assuming that cashback wont be granted and if it does then thats a bonus

    Ive done this twice now with Temu but my cash back is still sitting as tracked and doesnt allow me to withdraw. Any suggestions on how to withdraw?

      Thanks for your patience. Cashback for Temu orders usually takes up to 120 days from purchase date to be fully processed and turn available in your account to be withdrawn

      A cap on Cashback means that there's a maximum amount of Cashback you can earn from a specific store or for a particular offer.

      For example, if a store offers a 10% cashback with a $20 cap, you can earn up to $20 in Cashback, regardless of how much you spend.

      The capped amount will be per transaction (unless otherwise stated)

    Signed up for the first time, would like to make an order on Temu, but firefox just says "The link you clicked on requires cookies to be enabled in your browser. We apologize for any inconvenience." and wont re-direct. Exactly what cookies does it require being enabled, as I tried changing browser privacy from Standard to Custom to allow ALL cookies, but it didnt like that either.

    I purchased NordVPN via the Shopback app .
    I get to step 3 of 4 download apps
    and the Shopback app gives me this pop up

    only purchases on the nordvpn website qualify for cashback

    @gotyourback I tried to request support via the chatbot but no clue if I did it correctly.

      Just an update.
      I checked the app this morning and it started tracking the NordVPN purchase at 2am. Which is a relief.

      So fingers crossed for now.

    I now have $50 lifetime earnings when I chose withdraw it says $0.. how come? It says minimum amount is $10

      You can only withdraw available balance. If your earnings are still pending, they haven't been fully processed yet.

      Once your earnings are available, you can withdraw them as long as they meet the minimum threshold of $10.
