Doordash do this repeatedly, send out promo code that doesn't work, support is useless. Seems like they hope you will just order full price anyway

You have to be careful with this. EG; pepperoni pizza direct from PH is $6.99, from DD it’s $14.99. That’s more than a 100% markup, making even the 50% off worthless. Meat lovers is $12.99 from PH and $19.99 from DD. Almost 54% increase in price. A big New Yorker is $13.99 from PH but $21.19 on DD which is a 52% increase.
That's if you do pickup of course. If you're doing delivery the DD offer is much better

between this and the fact that Pizza Hut mark up on doordash by over 50%, I'm convinced this code isn't going to be worth it.
Nah still not working.
I think they forgot to enable it, as it doesn't even show up in promos section or notifications on the app for me.

So I spoke to customer service, and apparently it's promo run by a Pizza Hut store, and only ONE Store in NZ,
but Door Dash doesn't know which store it is and there's no Link to the Term and Conditions of the Promo (which would have the stores if its only for specific ones like Hell Pizza does)
Would this be a Breach of the Fair Trading Act?
If it's not a breach it should be. If the offer only applies to one store, it should only have been sent to people who order from that specific store instead of everyone.
Did they share which store?
@Huntakillaz: Maybe they should run a new promo to see who is the first person to discover which store is offering this?
Didn’t work for me either. I contacted customer services, waited for a while, they came back to me and said it’s not available at my store and ended the chat straight away. No chance to ask any follow up questions.
I reported it to the ASA and they’ve accepted my complaint - so anyone else who had the problem too, please feel free to message them if you can be bothered.
