  Is this chromecast better thatn the ultra in terms of tech specs? Also, this one doesn’t have the capability of being wired, does it?

    I prefer the ui on this, much cleaner interface and no ads unlike the firetv. You can wire in yes by using a usb c hub and can add additional storage plugged for media

    Using usb c hub you can have ethernet, usb storage and can connect mouse and keyboard. Just make sure you have enough power. The power adapter it comes with doesn't have enough juice if you have everything plugged in.
