The Program

The program encourages Amazon customers to try products from select categories for the first time and be rewarded with a $10 voucher for their next eligible order over $39 (the “Offer”).

• Enroll in an Offer: Customers who are invited by Amazon or clicked through on-site marketing whilst signed into their Amazon customer account, are able to enroll in an Offer through the program landing page. Actions taken before Offer enrollment are not entitled to any associated reward.
• Complete eligible purchase within the Offer’s period of validity: Once enrolled, an Offer needs to be completed within its period of validity (10-days).
• Receive & redeem reward Voucher: Your Voucher will be automatically applied to your Amazon account after completing the Offer and your item has been dispatched to you. On your next order, once you have added at least $39 of eligible items to your cart, your $10 total discount will be automatically applied at checkout. The Offer reward Voucher applies only to items ordered on Amazon.com.au, that are sold by Amazon AU or Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd ("Qualifying Items").

Offers

• Purchase-based Offers require a customer to Enroll in an Offer and make a purchase in a specific category on Amazon.com.au for the first time. E.g. First-time purchase from Electronics category.
• The Offer only applies to customers who have created an Amazon account and previously purchased with Amazon.com.au, but not previously made an order on Amazon.com.au in the select categories.
• The Offer reward Voucher applies only to items ordered on Amazon.com.au, that are sold by Amazon AU or Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd ("Qualifying Items").
• Customers who have previously placed an order in the selected categories on Amazon.com.au, regardless of whether the item has been sold by Amazon or a third-party seller, are not eligible to take advantage of the Offer.
• Once Enrolled and Confirmed in an Offer, customers will have a maximum of 10-days to complete the eligible purchase (“period of validity”).

Reward Voucher Eligibility Amazon will revoke customer’s pending vouchers without notification if the purchase for that enrolled Offer is cancelled or returned.

Additional Terms

5, Vouchers can be redeemed for eligible Qualifying items (that are sold by Amazon AU), from any product category, with the exception of digital purchases such as e-books, subscriptions such as Prime Video and Audible, gift cards and delivery charges.

8, Once you have added at least $39 of eligible items to your cart, your $10 total discount will be automatically applied at checkout. If you do not add any eligible items to your cart, the Offer will not apply.

9, If you cancel or return any eligible item purchased using the Offer, Amazon will only refund the price actually paid for the item (that is, less the value of the Offer) and the Offer will be invalidated.

13, This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer or code.

14, The Offer is a limited time Offer only. The Offer commences on 6 September 2023 at 00:00:01AM AEST and is valid until the earlier of 31 March 2024 at 11:59:59PM AEDT or until the maximum total redemption value cap being reached, unless withdrawn earlier.

16, Enrolled customers will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance if Amazon decides to discontinue any enrolled Offers, either via the program landing page or via email notification.

17, In the event the terms for use of the program are not satisfied for reasons such as cancellation or otherwise deemed to be improper, an amount equivalent to the program may be charged
