    I have just chat with David on the online chat. he said:
    "Spend $500 or more, in one or more transactions, in-app, via phone, in-store, or online at Noel Leeming by 25/07/2023 to receive one $100 credit. I am sorry it appears offer is not valid for gift card"

    I didn't argue that it doesnt say anything on the T&C about gift card, but he said the above.

      concur with the above comment. I bought prezzy gift card instore along with few dollars of grocery during countdown promo. cashback was credited back to the account within 24 hrs time.

    My theory would be doesn't matter if it’s gift card as AMEX won’t see what you have bought. All they see is a transaction in NL for $500

    The only drawback in buying a gift card would be that you loose out on the other amex benefits like purchase protection and warranty extension etc.

    Just checked and I went to a participating restaurant on Monday 9th of January and spent [too much money] and received the $150 dining credit on my card on Thursday 12th of January. So it might take a few days for this to come through if someone does want to try the gift card thing..

        So either it was targeted, or max people have signed up for it.
