  • Great deal, thanks OP.

  • Great deal wow that muse looks good. Shame I don't need either but..

  • using zip will make it come down to 101.51

    • $2 off?

      oh thats odd lol

      • Yeah Zip gives a 2ish% discount. Doesn't work on all products.

        • Sounds like the CC surcharge noels have.
It's an option on their POS

  • wow… dont need one but in for a few

  • +1

Thanks for finding the deal! I used the $10 off from signing up for the newsletter and checked out using ZIP pay which was somehow $2 cheaper as mentioned by @coupondeals. The total price was $91.51 at checkout.

  • Thanks. The POP was the better deal, so l brought it

    • Read the reviews for the POP keyboard. Consensus seems to be it looks good, but is a bit of a pain to use; It might have 5 emoji keys, but it has no 'HOME' or 'END' button, if they are important to you. Even so, $79 for the yellow one still seems like a good deal. I bought the yellow POP mouse a week or two ago for ~$25, and it's awesome.

  • Are vertical mice any good for gaming?

    • They are OK for gaming but don't expect ultra responsiveness. For comparison a gaming mouse generally has DPI upto 16000 ( Logitech G502 ) while lift has max 4000 DPI.

One plus thing is your hands may pain less if you play for more than 8 hours.

It will be ok for normal gaming purpose, I think

  • In searching for the pop keyboard you mentioned for some reason I got a lot of shavers in the search results. Seems like there's quite a few Remington and Philips ones with 70-90 off for CSC. Some of them seem like Briscoes pricing though where they are a lot more expensive than their competitors and the discount is only slightly below their prices. If anyone wants a potential deal post could be worth investigating though to see if there's any good ones in there.

Plus heaps of discounted VS, Breville & Russell Hobbs, among other things.

      • Had a skim of the Breville deals, there may be some good ones but nothing was leaping out to me.

  • Would this work on a ps5?

Not similar. K580 has num pad. Almost a full size keyboard. Also it has unifying dongle, better than bluetooth.

      • +1

I agree they're not similar, but I disagree that the unifying dongle is better than Bluetooth. Here's my evidence:

        • A USB dongle requires a USB port. Bluetooth devices don't (assuming your device has Bluetooth, obvs)
        • The dongle only fits in one computer at a time. Bluetooth devices (especially the K580) allow you to control multiple devices
        • If you lose the USB dongle, your keyboard is useless. Bluetooth devices have nothing to lose

The unifying dongle is slightly easier to configure — you just plug it in. Bluetooth devices need to be explicitly paired.

        Hope this helps :-)

        • Agree on most, but K580 has both connectivity so dongle on one device and bluetooth on others. Secondly, I have found lag on bluetooth connection compared to usb dongle. I have 5 logitech devices and most of them are connected via usb dongle. Do remember you can use any usb dongle.

I have one use dongle connected to my work laptop which serves a pair of mouse & keyboard together at work & office. The connection is instant unlike bluetooth. Essentially 4 logitech devices connected to the laptop.

Also, bluetooth doesn't work on some computer's until the boot is finished(until windows is running), not sure on Mac.

          • @ace310: I think we have different use-cases.

I want to sit in one place, with one keyboard and mouse, and control different computers (or Android tablets). I need a switch on the keyboard that says "Connect to Device #1-3"

I can do that with Bluetooth and some Logitech devices, but I don't think I can do that with a unifying dongle. Certainly Google isn't clearly telling me I can.

            • @boldbilly: Just to clear your doubts, this is from the NL product description. Which means that any logitech device with unifying & bluetooth connection, you can use any method to connect to your device. So in your use case you can use bluetooth only to connect to multiple devices. unifying dongle is added benefit with reliable connection.

Choose to connect via Bluetooth® wireless technology and/or the 2.4 GHz USB receiver stored in the battery door. For a strong, secure wireless connection with a 10m range1 and a cable-free desk set-up.

I have mx-keys with 3 keys to switch. I have 3 connections on my home desk. Laptop(unify), home server(unify), ipad(bluetooth). If I want, I can connect 3 devices all with bluetooth.

        • There's something to be said for latency in bluetooth. Im not a hardcore gamer but I can tell the difference between plugging in my apple keyboard and using it without a cable

    • How do you get it down to $41 ,?? It’s $70 on Samsung website.

      • Check the price at checkout.

    • or $34.50 with samsung epp, not sure if 10% can be stacked on top of the epp pricing
