As someone who's worked in IT for the past 15 years as DevSecOps and Solutions Architect, and having worked with many security consultants at large corporations (including banks), I can tell you the common consensus is you don't need a 3rd party antivirus. The built-in Windows Defender is fine and it's more about how you use the internet that matters.
