          Isnt there something about they have to honor it if they keep making errors?

          Usually, if a price is advertised or displayed incorrectly at a substantially lower price, the trader doesn’t have to sell at that price. But if they often advertise products at the wrong price or for a long time, they may be breaking the Fair Trading Act by misleading you about the true price.

    have the colour bulbs currently and are really really nice (great fairly accurate variable white colour) and great colour range
    Take this with a grain of salt though as Im comparing vs my $6/$8 aliexpress RGB/W

    Colour OOS when I just checked :(

      A bit fishy that 10 minutes ago every store in Christchurch had stock for collection tomorrow and now they are unanimously out of stock. I suspect TWG Whatsapp group got ahead of it this week unlike the watch. Guess we'll see tomorrow if they honour it or not. There's a chance as it's only $20 out not $550.

    They might have cut and paste the cancellation email. My email says I ordered Lenovo Smart Bulb E27 (I actually ordered B22) and the order number wasn't mine.

    Weirdly I got the generic cancellation email this morning with the wrong order number, but this afternoon NZ post have emailed me saying they've collected my parcel from noel leeming.

    No idea what the situation is but the NZ post tracking link says they've collected something for me and I've not got anything ekse ordered from there so guess I'll find out in a few days if they've messed it up and sent out my bulbs.

      The same was the case when I ordered the Huawei watch offer that was on their site last week.Cancellation of order, refund of payment and an email from NL citing “genuine pricing error” grounds for the cancellation, but then referencing an order number that was not mine. I’m left to assume that was a “genuine copy and paste” error on their part too…

    So I ordered 10 sets originally thinking I could use them all over the place and got everything cancelled and refunded, but somehow one pair of bulbs arrived today. Not entirely sure how that happened to get just one set but I'm not going to complain about that.
