This is a problem we run into from time to time - and no good solution really.
Our promotional calendar is jam packed, and often we have one promotion end and another start the following day.In this case, our August catalogue has just finished (21st July -> 14th August) so some products which were on special in that catalogue have returned to their normal price (EDLP/Every Day Low Price).
Our 10% off sitewide sale is now running so some products may be higher than yesterday, but on average things are lower as the discount is across the whole store.
Hi CW! Picked up a click and collect tonight, and asked if I could return it for a refund straight away to make use of the extra 10% off, but was told they couldn’t do that. What is your refund policy with click and collect items? Do I have to go through the online store, to then purchase it again at 10% off.
Hi La, if the return meets our Returns Policy then they should be able to accept it.
If you're not getting any traction then you can escalate to our CS team.

Fair enough, but it just seems a bit disingenuous to term the discount as an "extra 10% off" when the prices have been reset.
Since this is a 3-day sale, does that mean that a new promo period starts after it?

i was going to disagree but i went in store today to find the same thing, i have to wait for this sale to end so i can buy it at the "normal" price lol.
The Chemist warehouse is very doggy and has constantly changing the prices right before "sale", there is no way thats is not done intentionally, not sure if you have noticed, they have modifed the normal retail price regularly to mislead as people would think they are getting a good sale price which is not true most of the time
Added regaine foam treatment ($185) to the cart but it doesn't show the 10% off. Clicked checkout but still no discount
That's a pharmacy only item. So perhaps comes under scheduled medicines? Those are excluded along with prescriptions and multibuys.
These guys have gone and pumped their prices on at least some products. The ones I was looking at last night have jumped by about 20%
