Yeah as the other commenters have said, DB SHENCKE is thrash lol. I ordered second week of February and it was delivered within 2 weeks, BUT it was missing 3/4 items. They investigated and refunded me after a couple of weeks (products went out of stock subsequently so they couldnt reship - they were swarovski adidas clothing)
I also had a lot of complaints about Adidas' delivery system. But what I understand now is that I order from New Zealand, but the shipment is shipped from an Australia warehouse to a New Zealand office and back to the orderer. At this time, the payment of the order will proceed.
Add me to the veeerrrryyy long list of people who have had major issues with shipping. 3 months plus, sent back and forward at least twice. Most of what I ordered went out of stock in the mean time. Couldn't just resend the package that got returned for some reason. Hours spent trying to contact. This was the second time I'd had major issues.
Free isn't good enough. They'd have to pay me for shipping before I'd order from them again.
So if I've had part of an order satisfied (finally) and then the rest cancelled, do I get a refund for the cancelled items or am I only charged at the end for those items that got sent? I dont recall whether I got charged upfront for everything since it was so long ago… Cheers

Still waiting on my order from 5 Feb… Called them today and they are investigating and trying to get hold of their warehouse. I've told them if it hasn't shipped yet from their warehouse, then just cancel the order and refund me.
