It is, but it looks like Philips have brought out new more powerful bulbs. They now look to be 11W bulbs in the new starter kits, while this starter kit uses 9W bulbs. So maybe they are getting rid of the older 9W bulb starter kits and bulbs to clear stock. See they now also have 15W bulbs too.

I’m surprised people don’t check Priceme. I guess many think that PriceSpy is the be-all and end-all. Though to be fair, Priceme often has the wrong product/price listed and includes prices from both Australia (Mwave) and the States (Amazon.com).
@Wakrak: pricespy has similar faults, wrong product due to lack of keyword exclusion (ie phone case gets identified as a phone), refurbished items get identified as new etc etc. I swear i've reported hundreds of errors and suggested they smarten their detection but its actually got worse over the years!
