Any HelloFresh Free Box?

I would like to try out HelloFresh, but they seem quite expensive. Anyone has a spare code for free box please?

  • I have 2x “free first box (upto $125) then $20 off next 3 boxes” vouchers for first 2 people to PM me

    edit: all gone!

  • I'll have some free boxes in a months time. Just did the GrabOne: 4 people, 5 meals, 4 weeks. $403 total.

    • Do they come on a predictable cycle?

      • The free boxes? I think it's every 4th box maybe?

  • I have 3 free box codes. Comment below or send me a message. f.i.f.s.

    • One remaining.

      • All gone.

  • I noticed my various accounts now have a bunch of free boxes again - I was coming back here to post them again (you can see at the top of the thread I was doing it months ago) is there some issue now?

    • In the past you got a limited number of free boxes to give away and you got nothing in return. Now each user in the system has unlimited number of free boxes, and gets $25 credit per free box. So it's now a referal, not a freebie, and it is against the site's policy to solicit referals. Anyone who is after a free box can already get one from the unlimited pool in the system.

Has the free box offer changed to unlimited sends? I seem to have a limitless ability to share free boxes. Is it that it has now replaced the previous offer of $90 each with a referral?

Anyways, I can send the boxes to anyone who wants them, pm me your email or emails if you want more than one.

Can anyone explain to me what the downvotes are about? Happy to amend the post if I’ve done it wrong! People have jumped at these in the past with the same process.

Not entirely sure, but it might because of that referral deal that sunshinenz posted. People might be preferring others to go though that instead so that the process is randomised rather than you specifically getting $75 worth of credit. I could be wrong though.

Also, why need to contact people and give away email addresses etc when you can just go through the system double-blinded?

I don't think Hello Fresh ditch the old freebox giveaway system yet, people still receive freebox (card) come with the box they ordered, which have more discount compared to the new referral system.

The new referral freebox start with FIH. Old one start with FBO / FRB / MM

@doubledippps: Yeah, the old ones still give $145 off which is more than the $128 but the problem is now that hello fresh has increased their prices across the board, the $145 which use to just barely fully cover the 4 nights for four which was around $143.98 is now $157.99 which means you have to fork out an extra $13 for the extra meal. Many people will decide to not do that and just get the 3 nights for 4 instead.

      • I got downvoted as well even when my comment was posted before the deal since I was the first one to find out about it and shared it thinking people would want them.

Lol yeah I see that, hopefully all these downvote doesn't stop people sharing the old system freebox here

        • You'll need to ask the voters, but you might have got negged for not disclosing the benefits you would receive.

@sunshinenz: The anonymous neg vote on comments is something I don't understand.
If a comment is worthy of a negative vote then it should have your username attached in my opinion.
Afterall, it shows for a positive comment and a negative vote on a post so why not a negative comment vote?
At least that way you can justify it when it makes no sense to others.

It also removes the situation where you might comment and disagree with an aspect of a post or previous comment and a negative vote could easily get attributed to you even if you didn't cast it.
