Hub has bigger screen and a voice command youtube app (echo has to go through the browser). Radar thing would be useful if you want to put it in the kitchen. Echo has better smart device integration (Google lock you into their products) so if you already have smart devices it may be better.
I don't have either. That's just what I've seen so far. Trying to decide too. I mostly want one to put in the bathroom to watch/listen to in the morning. Can see how it could.be good in the kitchen too.
I'm pretty sure Google is the winner though. It's a better device overall. No camera, but I've no intention of using for video calls so meh
