The result after you do the survey:

Use the discount code "CHANGE20" in the Flamingo app for 20 minutes off your next ride!

So doing the survey doesn't put the free minutes into your account, it just gives you that code to use when you next go for a ride, so in theory, no expiry date on the minutes until you use the code.

No idea on how long that code will last for though.

  When I did the survey the code was SURVEY20, if this one gives ya 20 free minutes also then that could work out to 40 mins free
  
  Edit: I just saw there's two reports for this deal being expired, meaning the SURVEY20 code probably only lasted for a day and has likely now been changed to CHANGE20. So I would guess that this CHANGE20 code will only last for today
