Looks like even the 'free' plan allows you to access US netflix content. At least it works for me with 'US West'

This deal comes with a good amount of data/bandwidth etc, however you have to deactivate it to be able to place a post on Cheapies as they don't allow overseas posts or NZ is a monthly upgrade.
