    Would be nice if the rep was more active here and provide constant deals like the rep from gearbest on ozbargain. I think banggood is a lot better than gearbest now since they have free shipping and gearbest is really random with their shipping fees.
    Would also want banggood to try get their xiaomi powerbanks to be shipped to nz again, its been months since they stopped shipping the powerbanks.

      Absolutely agreed with that, Banggood has better customer service and always has quicker shipping time compared to Gearbest.

      Yes, we hope so. However, the powerbanks are batteries. And now the batteries have postal restrictions to many countries, include New Zealand.

    I am finding this company difficult to deal with with my order. I noticed that the address they had was slightly wrong, as part of the address had been missed out. For some reason these overseas systems don't seem to save NZ address correctly. I email them to correct parts of it, and even though I have already given them the address, they want me to again send them the address, and also send them my drivers license by unsecured email. WTH, that is pretty dangerous, because that risks identity theft, and I don't know whose hands that could fall into. Obviously I am not going to do that.

      I have just replied to them, and they replied asking for exactly the same information, even though I have given them more informtion. It doesn't seem they even read my email.

        Haven't you heard of identity theft? We don't know whose hands the email could fall into, and are being asked to send it via email is not secure. A You should have a system where people can easily change the address in the interface like other stores do. Or cancel the order and ask it to be resubmitted.

      Luckily I paid for it by Paypal so I have opened a claim with them, and the first step is to email the seller via paypal, which I haven't yet had a reply to. I didn't get any reply back from the seller to the email I sent via their website a few days ago. The fact that they didn't reply is what is concerning.

    Well I got a reply from them, and they said it was handed to a local courier in NZL on the 29/9, so it should have arrived by now. They also sent me the tracking code, which shows the route it took, but it shows that it was actually sent to Switzerland!
    The also sent me a log that initially said it was sent on the 10/9, but in their most recent email they said it was actually sent on the 14/10. They didn't explain the difference on the sent date, but it doesn't make any sense why it would take an extra 5 days to send it. Anyway it looks like it has gone missing and I am finding that they aren't the easiest company to deal with.

    Initially they told me they didn't have any tracking details, and that it was sent via standard mail. Then they manged to find some tracking info which I doubt is for my order since it was sent to Switzerland. It doesn't feel right to me. It isn't a large amount of money, but it is annoying . Would the good if the rep who posts on here got onto this.

      Glad to say mine arrived today!, my tracking details said switzerland too, then NZL on the 27th.
      Was delivered by NZPost yesterday (to my work, was a day off for me). Tracking number of the bag does match what they emailed me. However no NZ tracking.
