Seems like they have kind of backed themselves up against a wall. Their program needs customers and suppliers to survive, but once they start losing the suppliers, then the customers will stay away.
The only reason I use flybuys is to get New World $50 vouchers when they come up.
As of now Airpoints members do not get the discount (they get triple dollars instead). Very disappointing
