    From OzBargain:

    Can take 48 hrs for credit to appear.
    If you dont get it, contact amazon chat and they will apply it manually, if you show them the link.
    I didn't wait 48hrs, contacted them after immediately after download and they credited me with Amazon credit i can use to buy physical stuff.

    Contacted them they said they are fixing the issue, i should contact them in 2 days if nothing has happened.
