    I believe it has to be a physical store within a certain distance of the place you are buying from. (Auckland, Christchurch and Welly should be all good). Provided its not a parallel.

Not sure why anyone would ever want to go to a shaver and toothbrush shop. The big retailers generally have cheaper prices.

These go on sale at countdown now and then for about $20

OK toothbrushes, refills can be had from AliExpress for almost nothing.

Only drawback is the battery life which seems really short.
