  • Haven't actually tested it but this combo is avalible at the warehouse for the same price and should work with the 15% off Code: WM15

    • From the warehouse this costs $4.25 with $6.99 snipping. If your buying other stuff it's still cheaper.

  • Bummer, I just subbed this plan a couple days ago at full price.

    • Looks like it's only for new subscribers, anyway. It comes preloaded on a SIM.

      • This is similar to this deal I posted a while back.

The trick is to treat it as a disposable SIM card, and use it on a data device (3G iPad/Kindle/Tablet/USB dongle/Portable Wifi) or as a secondary SIM if you have a dual-SIM phone (I use a Xiaomi Redmi Note 2), or if you have friends or relatives coming over from overseas. The big advantage this SIM has over the Warehouse SIM card deal I posted earlier is that This is a proper pre-loaded SIM card, rather than some time-limited deal with server-side activation. If you don't activate the SIM card, it has a potentially unlimited shelf life.

        1) Buy a couple, activate one and use the SIM card for the mobile data - You can even use Skype. Once the data is used up (or after 30 days) throw it away and use another.
        2) Buy a couple, put it in storage. Relative comes over from overseas for a week in November so you give (or sell) him/her that SIM card, and they'll have enough Calling/Text/Data for the length of their stay.

        • If your buying lots its probably cheaper at the warehouse with code WM15

  • hey, new here on the kiwi sims/networks (from Ozbargain) and was wondering if I buy a few of these, and buy some $1- skinny sim only cards (from warehouse) can i port in and out between 2deg and the skinny sim to keep my number when using these?
my plan was to use $5- 2deg, after 1 month port out to skinny $1 sim, then activate new $5- 2deg and choose keep number etc
any reason why this wouldnt work? I was doing this in Australia
    cheers, or chur

    • That should work, i can't see why not.

    • Should work alright, pretty sure it's all automatic porting.

      • thanks, went ahead and bought some

  • Not quite as cheap as this but these sims as are currently $5.70 @ Dick Smith

    • +1
