I am havin the same issue. I requested help and sent an email through and was advised by one of your colleague that its only 1% even though i made the purchase on the day of the 50% shopback.

Same for me too. Finally got an email reply to say that 1% was the correct cashback without any clarification. This was after I had sent through screenshots as well. Don't think I'll bother trying this time.

There was a brief tracking glitch on our end that caused it to show up as 1% initially, which unfortunately led to some incorrect updates from our support team.
The good news is that our team has sorted this out now and the correct 50% Cashback should be reflecting on your profiles.

@gotyourback over the last couple of weeks I’ve seen that there was a Temu upsize coming up (one was initially showing for last Friday and then today) but then the day rolls around and there is no upsize. Whys this?

Totally get the confusion with the dates moving around a bit @thats mum life. Good news though, the Temu upsize is officially going live tomorrow (2 Sept)! You'll get 50% Cashback for new app users and 8.33% for existing users, capped at $130 total. Keep an eye on the app tomorrow to snag it! 🤙

We had to pause the upsize at the last minute due to a technical tracking glitch with the promo setup. We want to make sure everyone's Cashback actually tracks properly rather than running into issues, so we're keeping it on the baseline rate for now while our team sorts things out with Temu.
