I am havin the same issue. I requested help and sent an email through and was advised by one of your colleague that its only 1% even though i made the purchase on the day of the 50% shopback.

Same for me too. Finally got an email reply to say that 1% was the correct cashback without any clarification. This was after I had sent through screenshots as well. Don't think I'll bother trying this time.

There was a brief tracking glitch on our end that caused it to show up as 1% initially, which unfortunately led to some incorrect updates from our support team.
The good news is that our team has sorted this out now and the correct 50% Cashback should be reflecting on your profiles.
