  • Thats a good deal sheesh

  • Worth reading the reviews and diving in to the details on this one I would say - seems it doesn't get very bright, and from what I can tell it's not a true HDMI 2.1 port so you won't get VRR with a PS5 if I understand properly (happy to be corrected), which could be a dealbreaker for some. But amazing price especially with coupon!

    • Curious why you always post these? Like how does a post from an Australian website with the same info help us?

      • Feedback mainly (or to shoutout the original source of a deal)

  • I haven't tried this time but usually can save a few more bucks (15% off rather than 11%) if you have a student account.

    • Yep can confirm that its $478.32 with corporate discount, student discount is likely pretty similar.

      • How to you get that? Im a student.

        • If you signup for an account at the dell store and look around a bit you'll find something where you can apply for student or corporate discount. You fill out your school details in the form then it'll last you to login to your schools site so their third party service can verify you as eligible. I just did it and can verify that with student discount its $478.32 as well.

  • sometimes i feel like i use cheapies to save money but always end up spending more looking at all these good deals 😭😭

convincing myself i don’t need another monitor 🫠

  • I bought one. Unfortunately its made to order which means I have to wait until August to get it. Now I want to cancel.

    • It does say directly below the price that it's estimated to ship between 26/07/2026 and 29/07/2026…

    • FWIW, I ordered one on the 18th, it got “built” and shipped yesterday and current ETA for delivery is 24th of June.

      • Did you receive it?

        • Delayed a day I think, it should come in today according to tracking from NZ Couriers

          • @Slizard: Ok im gonna re-buy it then seems like the date they give you isnt the real date.

            • @Spright: Just got delivered! Yeah my original estimated delivery date was 23rd July.

              • @Slizard: Thanks for replying was useful for me. Does it meet your expectations? is it good?

                • @Spright: No problem! It's my first OLED monitor (not counting OLED TV) definitely meets my expectations. There are some caveats to be aware of though, it doesn't get that bright, has very basic IO and has a plastic-y build but I think at this price its hard to beat.

The picture quality is excellent, true blacks, and a 240Hz. Cheapies dark mode looks great ;)

  • Student discount is 20% on my end. I was literally just looking at this a couple of days ago! I was super keen until I heard the text fringing is pretty terrible on 1440p qd-oleds.

    • Yeah I read that too, I have the now discontinued(?) 34" (AW3425DW), so mine is going to be worse than this one since this should have square sub pixel layout (do own homework). And while it might not be ideal, it worries me zero minutes a day. I use it for browsing, youtube and gaming. The contrast is the main thing I notice, so good. Hard to beat for that money, that's just my opinion anyway. I went from a 1080P 34" 144hz UW to 1440P UW @ 240hz, no regerts.

    • Can you get student discount just with a uni email I finished studying though lol

      • i'm not a student anymore but I was able to get access. I logged in with my uni portal and then uploaded my student ID which hasn't expired yet and confirmed status immediately.

        • My id card is not valid anymore :/

          • @1ys23: You could try and get some documents from your uni and use that as proof, otherwise it is what it is

  • Ordered one as well, was built and shipped within the same day. The revised delivery date is expected to be on the 2nd of July :)

  • $520.26 with code IMAGE13

  • Price has gone up boys, i hesitated too long
