I have a 48" LG C2 as my computer monitor for gaming/WFH etc. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Is it not too big to use as a computer monitor given that desk depths are smallish meaning you would have to sit super close?
I had a 48 c1 as a monitor, then a 42 c2 as a monitor. Phenomenal for media and gaming. For office work i found them worse than a normal monitor but it seems very subjective.
For coding and web use i found 48" was too large at normal desk distance, 42" was OK but the pixels/pixel layout were noticeable - I was starting to wonder if i needed glasses. I've settled on a 32" 4k oled and I've found it the best balance.
No there's nothing wrong with your eyesight it's small text that OLED TV's don't do very well.
